I have a snowwolf mini by sigelei kit and the mod has gone Haywire one day after the retailer warranty ended. My question is which warranty service should I contact? Sigelei is the parent company. Snowwolf is the branding that they're using I guess for this kit. Both sites have their own warranty contact information and I'm not sure which one to contact the little warranty card mentions nothing about the snowwolf but on the sigelei site the authenticity check does not work only on the snowwolf site so I don't really know which one to go through. If anyone's had any experience with this that would be great. I've heard mixed reviews but I would like to at least attempt to warranty this product seeing as how I've only owned two sigeleis and both of them went bad with in 31 days. It's worth a try anyway
Is there a logical reason why a mod would just randomly shut off very frequently when using one brand of battery and do it much less often with another? And this isn't a situation where I'm only referring to a single battery this is any battery of one type doesn't work well and any battery of the other type that I've tried does. * this is a long post if you don't want to read the whole thing you could just answer that question and that would provide me with a lot of information
My snowwolf mini mod which is the sigelei product not the original snowwolf is having a fairly common issue where occasionally the whole device just turns off. Then you have to loosen the battery cap pull the battery out so it's not making a connection and then put the battery back in and it turns back on. I've seen this reported multiple times. Now when I was using Samsung batteries it was really bad like I would get maybe two Puffs before it would shut off. But with LG batteries it seems like I can use the product almost like normal. Like I can get a good half day usage out of it before it has a problem and then I take the battery out put it back in and I get another few hours.
I know that there is a slight variance in size between these batteries or at least it seems like there is because my drip box gets the Samsungs stuck in it but not the LG which I solve by taking the stupid sticker off of them not the wrap the sticker.
Now I've only had this for 31 days so while it is past the stores warranty it's not past sigelei or snowwolf. I'm debating on whether or not I even want to worry about this warranty situation because if it continues working the way it is as long as I use LG batteries I would rather not take the chance of getting a much worse product. I feel like it's going to be hard to get them to warranty it and at the very least I have a month or two to figure this out.
My question is why would it do this why would it work so much better with one kind of battery and be nearly unusable with the other and also like why would it do this in the first place at all why would it just randomly shut off the batteries are good it's definitely the mod my first thought would be that there's a short but why would one battery cause a short and not the other or at least not as frequently?
I've had such bad luck with sigelei products that I honestly believe if I try to warranty this they're just going to send me a broken device LOL how does that work if they send me a broken device can I warranty that product? Do I get another 90 days? Or do I get the rest of my warranty period carried over from the first device? Or is it a situation where you only get one warranty and then if a device breaks again you're out of luck
Something with life time warranty with it of course. Only few that has captured my interest are the BC & Hex ohm box mods with life time warranty. However, I prefer it to be a variable voltage reader like my amodz
Hello, I'm new to the forum and have an important question. Can someone send me the original firmware of the snowwolf vfeng Squonk? I accidentally installed the wrong firmware and now my battery does not start anymore. I have not yet received a response from snowwolf directly from the support. Hope you can help me. Sorry if my english is not so good i use google translator. Thanks and greetings Chriss
so i just got an Xtar from EdisonBright, and the authenticity code is 18 digits, but its broke up into 3 sets of 5 not 4 like the site. i tried entering it and it said "does not exist" but it came in a pretty legit looking box, inside the box was a grey Xtar drawstring, inside that was the device, a phamplet, and a warranty card with a sticker with a 12 digit S/N on it... is there any other way to tell real v fake? it seems to work fine, i put a battery charged in a Nitecore on it and it charged it for a couple minutes, then said blinked "full" at me... btw its a VC2.... anyone know whats up with this?
I paid $250 bux for a full set up a while back, and the little inner copper firing pin contact broke, right where the thread screw into the bottom button. I got the broken piece out of the button threads, but I need a new copper contact pin. I went to the store and they said they don't have it, and they cant contact the manufacturer.
I am so irritated at the customer service there. I have spent well over a couple grand on crap from them over the years and they basically told me "oh well, that sucks, buy a new one"
Im hoping that someone on here can either help point me in the right direction of someone to talk to that makes the Turtleship V3 Mod, or someone that might have a replacement part. It cant be more than a couple bucks for the little piece. I would of expected them to contact the manufacturer and just give me the replacement pin for free.
Once I have the money I am going to buy something like a hexohm or similar 100w box mod, but until then, I need to fix this, and plus I want to have it as a back up for if my boxmod goes out and needs to be fixed. Given that, I have a seperate question on who you guys think has the best customer service and warranty for box mods? What are the "flagship" devices on the market with all the bells and whistles and most reliable / durable build design?
Thanks a lot for any help you guys can offer as far as being able to get my mech mod fixed. Id have to just throw 200 bux in the trash.
Help! :/
Today i found a sigelei 50w vr50 on a site. My question is the sigelei 50w vr50 same as vr2 model just in a silver box?
All of the sudden I wake up today and notice my 510 threading on my sigelei 50w box mod is jacked up. I cleaned the threads on my subtank mini and on my sigelei mod. I then tried screwing it onto my mod and now no matter what I try , there's a gap between the top of the mod and the bottom of the subtank (it's not screwing down all the way and has about a 3mm gap, hence now it won't fire...
I screwed my subtank onto my ileaf 30w and screws in flawlessly, so it's the sigelei threads ...
but I did pay a lot for my sigelei and prefer its hits , I dunno, I usually Vape about 16W on my sigelei And not sure how that translates over to what wattage I should run the eleaf at ?
Also, I just noticed that my spare RDAs will still screw onto my sigelei well..I'm so confused what's up !!!!
Well I did a quick search and couldn't find a review for the Sigelei 30watt mini and figured I'd make one now that I received mine. I have no clue how to post vids through my phone so I apologize for the primitive text review haha. So here we go my review of the Sigelei 30watt mini:
Includes:
Sigelei 30watt mini
Micro usb charger cable (located inside battery slot)
The 30watt box mod is yet another great mod from Sigelei. Standing a little over 3 inches tall and an inch deep it is definitely a stealthy little device. This device comes with the standards of all sigeleis. A fire button, 2 function buttons and a display screen. And of course it's loaded with the standard safety functions:
Low voltage protection
High voltage warning
Reverse polarity protection
Low resistance protection
Short circuit protection
It also includes 5 memory banks for quick wattage changes. Wattage range from 5-30 watts in .1 increments.
PWM mode and DC-DC mode. 5 click power on-power off. Voltage display and ohm display aswell. The device requires 1 18650 lithium ion battery which inserts to the back of the device via magnetic battery door, that's right! MAGNETIC! Now here are some pros and cons I've found for the mod.
Pros:
Clicky buttons, gotta love the click.
The magnetic battery door
Size, this thing feels great in hand and fits nicely in pocket with a Kanger subtank on it.
It's made of a nice solid aluminum alloy without any goofy etching or screws.(except for on the top and bottom)
Extremely easy interface. As this is my first box mod I found it nice and easy to navigate the modes and memory banks.
Most tanks and rdas sit nice and flush on the box. I'm using a 22 mm subtank mini and there is no over hang. And even with a 25 mm tank there isn't much at all.
Cons:
Now these aren't necessarily cons but just things I personally didn't find great.
It comes with a silicon sleeve, and I don't feel it necessary. And with it on the buttons become flush and harder to press.
Small screen. I am far sighted so having to squint all the time blows. You 20/20 people will have no problem though haha.
Doesn't include a battery. For something that is definitely targeting newer vapers, not hobbyists, I felt it probably should have had one with it.
The fact that it changes wattage at .1 increments is pointless honestly. I can't tell the difference between 15.3 watts and 16 watts, so what's the point?
For everything it does and everything the device comes with, it's definitely a good choice of beginners or seasoned vapers looking for another nice mod. Price varies from vendor to vendor but is pretty on point. I received mine from VapeHappy.com for 36 bucks. It also comes with a 3 month warranty from Sigelei.
I highly recommend this for just about anyone and give it a 8.5/10 due to the fact it doesn't come with a battery.
Again sorry for no video and no pics but I can't figure that crap out on my phone. I hope you enjoyed my review on the sigelei 30watt mini.
Has anyone ever heard of or used one? I'm looking at a 26650 parallel box mod. Any other recommendations for a 26650 box mod that don't cost a fortune?

Good evening ladies and gents! It's been awhile since I've been to this site. First off, I've been cigarette free for two years, eight months.
I first started with a pair of Ego Twists. They are still working with a lot of use! I decided to go with something that uses a 18650 battery and chose a E-Vic. That turned out to be a piece of junk. After that, I purchased a Z-Max which while being a good device, but hit the button wrong, and it will change settings. I thought it straight-lined (it didn't). I guess i hit the button wrong (again).
I ordered a Sigelei 50w V2, and have been using it for three days. I really like that it didn't cost an arm and a leg, $60 from BeVapeHappy. Yes, I could have spent $150, or more, but I have bills and such to pay.
The Sigelei is very simple to operate, and using 1.8Ω cartomizer and a IBTanked at 10w, it's amazing!
