RDA gave better flavour, but why would people prefer RTA over sub ohm.I have experience of building a RTA,but it’s very troublesome to change flavor and you need time to rebuild.Unlike sub ohm tank, you just change the coil and the percentage of leaking is so low compare to rebuilding a RTA
I change my coil infrequently,I notice sometimes when I rewick or change flavour on my rta,my coil looked black and gunk. After I rebuilt it and used it,the favour is ok and no dry hit, just a little less flavour.Recently, there is people contracting Vape related illnesses and a few died.I just don’t have too much time recoil and built,as usually rebuilding my rta which is relatively new released would take around 20min and I don’t have the time.Is dry hitting dangerous for the health because of Formaldehyde of dry hit or is the risk low?
What’s actually risky vaping nicotine,PG/VG only?
Hello everyone.
How strong you inhale vs Flavour... does it make a difference?
I don't think I saw a thread or anything regarding this specific subject.
There are lots of information about atomizers, airflow, building coils and wick, MTL and DTL but in my opinion this small detail makes a huge difference.
Technically speaking, the amount of air (volume) you inhale can be the same but spreaded over a different period of time. I am a hard inhaler meaning, that when I think about it, I usually tone it down and next inhales are slower, softer and a bit longer.
Speaking from my own experience with the gear I have here is my conclusion.
-Taking a less aggressive draw usually leads to more flavor and a bit less clouds.
-There is also flavor notes that can be different in both situations.
This can also explain a bit why people coming from MTL to DTL sometimes are overwhelmed by the flavour and people doing to opposite get weak flavor results... they are just pulling too hard.
Just changing the way I draw on same atomizer, same build, same liquid, same power, will give massive different results.
Vaping is a fine balance on so many little things and in the end, when finally I hit the sweet spot, it's all so satisfying.
Stay safe.
Hello everybody,
I have a question about Sub Ohm Tank. Does every sub ohm tank has the leaking problem? I tried some sub ohm tanks. It has leaking problem more or less.I ask some people, they told me that such big tank has the leaking problem, and we can't avoid it. Is that true?
3 questions that I have at the moment:
I have seen around the site here and around the net, when trying to research on e-liquids, the different variations of e-liquids. There is 50/50, 80/20, max VG, etc. and etc. My question is for users of the Nautilus Mini what liquids can be vaped out of them. My mod is the Eleaf mini. What percentages can be vaped out of them. I am curious because a lot of people when going to the vape store just by juices they think they might like but not getting the right percentage can be frustrating when nothing comes out of the device they just purchased.
Also looking at getting another tank and I am looking at the Kanger series and am wondering which one is the best. (Keep in mind I am not trying to rebuild here.) I am more comfortable just replacing the coils right now.
What is the best tank for non builders? (I know this is going to be a preference thing but I am ready to listen to testimonials on the best tank people have used.)
Thank you and any and all advice is just more knowledge I can put in my bank.
I'm new to vaping and I hope I'm not beating a dead horse but couldn't find it searching. I have a Nautilus on order and a istick 50w. I've thought about trying a subtank mini too. I'm not looking to sub ohm or rebuild, just a good tank with good flavor. How do they compare with the mini using the 1.2 ohm coil.
Thanks for your time!
Chris
Hello
I have the wotofo serpent rta top airflow single coil tank now and I just purchased the augvape druga rta. Flavor is 100% better in the augvape drugA rta but juice leaks out the bottom of the tank every time which is why I have to stay with top airflow as it never has leaked on me. So I’m looking for a top airflow rta single coil . I typically vape between 20-30watts so I don’t need a powerhouse. I just want the flavor and don’t care about clouds. Can anyone recommend the best top airflow rta? The wotofo serpent works well but it takes a hit on flavor. The serpent only has 2 small air holes around the coil area and I think this is why it isn’t producing a good vape. I was looking at the Zeus? Augvape intake of the dual one? Or any others anyone can recommend ?
primary goal: outstanding flavor
No leaking
Lots of air holes around the coil
thanks for your time
Hi I've been in the vaping industry for years now and have had many tanks over the years both mesh and normal coil, for me mesh was amazing at flavour and for more cooler vape lovers, however I found that normal coils provided more cloud and less juice consumption with some tanks and were able to achieve the same amount of flavour as mesh with the right build. But I still curious as too how many people prefer mesh over normal coils and vice versa and why ?
So today I would like to thank the following people who not only started me on this journey, but who have supported me through what I feel was 1 of the best things that could have happened to me:

THANK YOU ALL!!
Dear forum!
here goes my strange experience:
I’ve been coiling and wicking for years pretty much the same way, and it was kinda ok = I adapted to all the quirks I had.
Recently I built a new coil, but instead of 4mm I decided to make 3.5mm coil. Same wraps number.
Wicked it as I alway do - exact same material, thickness (adjusted to coil diameter of cores) trimming etc.
And wow!
No problem with TC now!
Works reliably, no leakage, I can chain wape the whole tank!
could this one Change in coil diameter choice did the trick???
Or is it a fluke? (Well I’ll find out when I’ll built next coil same way...but still)
best regards
Vadim
So I got my first RTA the other day, a Goblin V2 by Youde. I have to say, this thing hits amazingly. Up until now I've been using either a melo or my doge V2 but I have to say, I'm really liking the Goblin. All the fun of rebuilding with convenience of a tank. My question to all of you rebuilders out there is which do you prefer? RDA's, RTA's or regular clearomizer tanks?
