Best Pod System Opinions

Hey guys! I'm new here so thanks for having me! I have been vaping for 2 years now.

I am looking for a good system that can give me that throat hit and stand chain vaping at times. I had been using the Smok Nord and that was working really well, but it recently broke so I was recommended the Orion Lost Vape DNA. I prefer small mods and pens, but really need that throat hit since I started vaping once I quit cigs.

Salt Nic juices have helped a ton with that hit but with the Orion my coils are burning out in like 3 days? Lowering the wattage levels take away that throat hit, too.

What do you guys recommend?

74 days without a cigarette so I’m still new to this whole vaping thing.

Started with Juul, got tired of refilling pods very quickly.

Switched to a Smok Nord. Have grown tired of the hit/miss with cools.

Just got my Zenith tank. Went ahead and got the Kroma/Zenith kit and it’s my first non-pod setup.

Like it so far. Only issue so far is there seems to be a lot of juice coming through when I take a hit. When I take a drag but put a thin white piece of cloth over the tip there is a very noticeable amount of brown stain on the cloth. Had the same issue when I got my Smok Nord but I corrected by switching from 50/50 nic salts to a 70v/30p freebase.

Currently Using the same 70vg/30pg 6mg Halo Tribeca.

Using the 1.6ohm coil;
Started at 14 watts;
Dropped to 11 watts and it reduced the juice but also the temp of the vape.
Adjusting the airflow doesn’t really make a difference.

Anyone else having the same issue with the amount of juice coming into their mouth? Is this normal with this type of setup? Did I flood the coil or something? I primed it with 5 drops then let it sit for about 10-15 minutes before taking the first hit.

Will probably limit it use at the house because I don’t want to carry around so much weight in my pocket.  

1/2 a Pack Marlboro Light smoker looking to get off analogs.
Looking for simple starter device to use with freebase 50/50 PG/VG liquid.
I have tried several pods systems with nicsalts and did not like them at all.
Have heard good things about the following and wondering which would be best to start with?
Maybe something else?

So while home sick (yes I was actually sick) today, several reviews sold me on the SMOK TCT pro as THE tank for my IPv4. I was looking for a high watt tank that could also make use of temp control. Didn't want another Atlantis and the Kanger subtank is good but it's just not quite enough for me in temp control mode. Anyone have any experience with the SMOK TCT or VCT pro tanks? Please share!  

When I got my Smok Nords a few months ago I created a thread "I love my Smok Nords". So everything was fine until about 30 minutes ago when I started to smell a real bad melting smell while at work. When I went for a vape I took out my two Nords and one seemed very hot so I smelled them and sure enough something dangerous was happening to the batteries. I quickly ran outside and threw the two Nords into the street. Now I need to come across a new pod system. This is now two strikes, first my Alien, now the Nords but I won't give myself a chance to get three strikes, that's playing with fire literally.  

Hey guys, debating on the Xpro M80 Plus by SMOK or the ITaste MVP 3. The Smoke is about $10 cheaper then the ITaste. I plan on buying one of those...your opinions and advice is appreciated!!

I've started to vape more than a year ago with eGo AIO e-cigarete and now the battery has almost dead. What I mean with "dead" is that it is dead while at 50% charged and I feel like it will die in a couple of days or weeks. So now I'm looking for a new vape.

I searched on the internet what would be a good vape mod and found Eleaf. It seems a lot of people enjoy and are satisfied with this brand. I also looked into SMOK mods but looking at internet reviews, they say that it is not the best mod for long use.

So in my case, I've found to choose between...

1) Eleaf Istick Pico S 100W
2) Eleaf iStick Pico 75W

I also listed these since the shop I'm going to buy include these but not sure if these mods will be any good to be in the long run.

3) SMOK SPECIES 230W & TFV8 Baby V2 Starter Kit.
4) Smok R-Kiss 200W
5) Smok X-PRIV 225W
6) VooPoo Drag 2 177W
7) VooPoo Drag Mini 117W

The question is... from what of the all listed mods should I buy? Would be good if anyone shared their own experience with these listed products.

I don't need to puff big clouds and stuff. 30-50 W is good enough for me.  

I'm not battery expert so I am not sure how everything works, but here are my concerns.

My Smok Thallo can charge at a 1.2A current but it is a USB-C, why include a USB-C if 5V/1.2A can charge as quickly with a Micro USB? I think.

So here is the question, can I charge my Smok Thallo with a 2.1A if I use the wire that came with the kit? It's hard finding a solid power bank with 5V/1A only. I cannot remove the battery, it has a built-in 3000mAH one.

Hi I have a question about nicotine strength in my juice for sub-ohm vaping: I've only started vaping my tfv12 prince smok tank 4 days ago, so total newbie- used to do only mtl before that. I'm currently using Q4 coils, 0.4 ohm, vaping at 50-60 Watts: quite happy with a cooler vape, I tried them at 70-90 but slightly too warm for me, maybe in the future it will change.
Majority of the sites and youtube videos that I came across where sub-ohm vaping was discussed said that the maximum nicotine strength used when sub-ohm vaping should be 6mg/ml. So I've mixed a few juices, 70/30 vg/pg, ranging from 3-6mg nic. I noticed that I'm chain-vaping with very little nicotine hit. But i kept nicotine cravings sattisfied with my mtl device used simultanously.
Today however, I wanted to check something. I've mixed some 65/35 VG/PG liquid for my gf's smok nord pod a few days ago, with nicotine at approx. 11.5mg/ml, so I popped it into my prince tank to try it. Expected to choke on it but no- it vapes great at 60 Watts, tastes good (carnival sherbet concentrate + a little bit of strawberry cream concentrate added) nicotine hit: I can feel it, but unless I go crazy it doesn't make me nic sick.

Is this normal? Why do people recommend going max 6mg nic for sub-ohm vaping? Is it because they aren't recent ex-smokers or they never were smokers, and just use low nic liquids at their stage of vaping? Thanks
