hi,
I wanted to share the news
My company from italy was developing a pod system style e-cigarette in 2013, but the project was never realized

I started vaping and smoked my last cigarette Oct 12th 2013. I started with this..
This was my first setup and I loved it when I first got it. Then I got sick of dealing with the ego-c atomizers and upgraded to an Evod and boy I thought that was awesome! Lol.
December 6th 2013 I got my MVP2. (I remember the date because I got it the day before my friends wedding that I was in). Then came other clearos like an I smoke bcc mega, protank, etc.
Christmas 2013 I got an iTaste vv3 along with an iclear30s. I used that setup for quite a while until the Nautilus came out. I got one of those and used it up until last Christmas when I got an Atlantis along with an aspire sub ohm battery. After using that setup for a few months I really missed having a regulated device. I missed all the features and the adjustability of the MVP but wanted something more powerful that could power my Atlantis as well. So a few weeks back I ordered a 50w istick and that's where I'm at now.
I have yet to get into rebuilding but would like to try it out with something like a sub tank mini.
So when did you start vaping and how have you progressed?

November 20th, 2013, I walked into a vape shop and left with a Vision Spinner 1300, a Protank 2 and a bottle of 24mg juice, and haven't touched a cigarette since! Seven years today!
If there is a complete ban on e-cigarette juice and appliances and you get caught vaping is there going to be any legal ramifications? I can't imagine going to jail for an e-cigarette but there's no telling these days. I always wanted to be an outlaw anyway. So the question is are we breaking the law I'm a little confused I'm sorry
I wanted to do something for the community and created a very simple signature banner creator that details days (months, years) since you've stopped smoking, alongside some other details, such as savings in dollars as well as number of cigarettes you've avoided. Website also calculates some other details which may interest you

It's not perfect, but I think for many of us it may serve as a nice reminder that aside from saving money, we've decided to quit smoking and do something for our health.
Hi All! Sorry if this is long. This place is a lifesaver. I was a 30 year PAD smoker. Tried all the recommendations to quit. Resigned to smoking forever. I heard of vaping in 2013 and found this site. The day my Ego arrived in the mail on April 15, 2013, I put down the cigs and haven’t had a puff since that day. (I still smoke in my dreams every night.) I started out at 18 mg, and went up to 24 for a while. I vaped way higher nicotine than my cigs had, and much more often. I even took my Ego pen to bed and put it under my pillow to use through the night. No matter how much Nicotine I inhaled, I still went through the same withdrawals that I did when quitting cold turkey, or the gum, or the patch, or setting a timer between smokes. It was obvious I wasn’t withdrawing from nicotine. It’s from whatever chemicals are in the cigarettes.
Over the last 7 years, I’ve gone down from 18mg, to 12, to 6, and now 3. Not by choice. I was happy at 18. I started getting lightheaded, so stepped down the nicotine in levels. Not because I wanted less nicotine, but because my body couldn’t handle it. I’m now at 3mg, and starting to getting lightheaded from it. Next step is 0mg. I’ve no problem going to no nicotine, but after so long, I can’t imagine not having the inhale/exhale/hand to mouth repetition.
Has anyone gotten to 0mg and still vapes, or have you broken the habit?
I just came across this article, claiming that even nicotine-free e-liquids contain lung-harming substances like acrolein:
Nicotine-Free E-Cigarette Vapor Also Damages Lung Cells Lung Cancer News Today
What I hate about articles such as these is that they're almost always posted with some scary headline and usually end up saying there isn't a proper research into topic or they're awaiting further investigations.
Anyhow, can anyone comment on what 'acrolein' is? I've heard of formaldehyde being created when vaping on high wattage, but this is the first time I hear of acrolein.
Haven't vaped in like 8 years? So most of everything is new to me now..
But I did a little reading and I figured out a few things I need in a vape, but really there is so much, it's kinda hard to know what is good and what is not for brands and styles, so I'm hoping I can get some help by experienced vapers here.
I'm looking to quit smoking and here's what I'm looking for in a vape setup.
MTL Mouth to Lung setup so I can draw in and then inhale like a cigarette, but I would like a decent cloud. Not looking for huge, just good and maybe be able to slightly adjust what gets produced with using only 50/50 juice blends.
RTA setup? I need a rebuildable coil tank system.
I need to keep my maintenance cost low, so I need to be able to rebuild new coils.
No leak tank is a must. Needs to lay down on side on table and keep in pocket.
1 battery or 2. Doesn't matter much.
Would like a smaller mouthpiece compared to the larger style so I can get a good MTL draw.
Not sure what my options are for tanks and box mods or pen style? I think I need some kind of box mod? So i can slightly fine tune watts, volts to my coils if it just doesn't feel right and needs minor adjustments? Also like the option showing how many seconds used or draws.
There's so many tanks out there, but it's hard to tell what is really good.
The battery side, I really have no idea what I would need... watts, ohms, voltage.. with all the combinations, I can figure out what I really need..
Not looking to just be easy simple. I want good quality and I can only buy once.. I can't really afford it as it is, but I need to stop smoking..
But I want to buy once and be good for long time and not wish I bought something else. I just don't have the money to play around like that..
So I hope I can get some help here or suggestions to get me looking in the right direction for tank and battery side system.
Quality brands?
Brands to pass on because there is better options?

Big tobacco companies say their goal in pushing for firm control is not to hurt smaller competitors. Regulation will benefit consumers and e-cigarette companies alike by ensuring safety and quality standards and boosting confidence, they say. Small companies should not be exempt from responsible behaviour.

Like some pretty girl would make a bad wife for you,but some ugly girl would be a good wife for you.
Traditional people who are not update on the science of vaping and cigarette thinks that vaping is more harmful because of the amount of vapour it produce instead of cigarette where less amount of smoke is visible.Thats probably why the amount of vapour a vape produce while cigarette too can be deceiving in terms of health harm/risk
