Health Cabin Meets Fda?

Hi,

I am cosidering buying some liquid from health cabin because my liquid is pretty expensive from the new zealand vendor (not mentioning any names). But health cabin don't have any coils for my aspire pockex which so far has served me well. I am incurring quite a high cost for coils too. Then I bought 4 packs from aliexpress and they were dead. So I was wondering if anyone can recommend gear that is available from health cabin, say a starter kit and spare parts, please, for the sake of convenience. I'm also wondering if anybody knows how fast a health cabin eparcel takes to get to Sydney?

I ordered a tank which is shipping from Canada to the US. The Fedex tracking says signature required - news to me. Is this Canada thing? And if so, does it still apply if I am not in Canada?  

I believe these are the dates that shipping to US consumers ends:

Fedex - March 1, 2021
UPS - April 5, 2021
USPS - April 26, 2021

USPS - after March 22, on the date the final rule is published, no later than April 26, 2021

It looks like vape shops will be the only way for most US consumers to get devices, coils, nicotine base and premixed liquids going forward.

Time is near to get creative or be fully stocked up!  

Just last Saturday I placed an order on Health Cabin and was able to pay via PayPal. However, last night I placed another order for items that were out of stock on Saturday. I placed my order, received the email confirmation, and info. that my order was pending payment, which has been usual since probably January. (There had always been instructions given then...about how to sort of "get around" PayPal's vape policy and still pay that way). I went back to HC to pull up my order and pay for it that same way, but found only Western Union as a payment option now. So, I contacted Support at HC. I just got the following email from them about paying for my order.

"Thank you for you big supports to HealthCabin.
Unfortunately, out of PayPal new policy to vaping related websites, we have to remove PayPal from our site now. You can see many vaping sites have removed PayPal about 1-3 months ago.

Now, we are sourcing new payment options and we will put them online in coming 2-3 weeks.

Right now, there are 2 options to process the payment:
1. Pay with Western Union, you can pay online or visit WU banks locally.

2. Pay with deposit. For this option, you may send us money via bank wire transfer. We require minimum $200USD per transaction. I responded and definitely let him/her know my thoughts about it.

So, our options are steadily dwindling even more.

KINGSTON, Jamaica – The Ministry of Health today announced that there is no ban on e-cigarettes contrary to earlier reports.
On Monday the Jamaica Customs Agency said that it had halted the clearance of electronic cigarettes from the wharf under instructions from the health ministry.
However the Ministry is advising that the product, which contains nicotine, is not banned but requires registration and a permit to be imported into the island.
Acting Permanent Secretary, Dr Kevin Harvey said that under the Food and Drugs Act the regulation of the e-cigarette which contains a liquid, nicotine-filled replaceable cartridge is in keeping with the requirements for other nicotine products.
“Nicotine products such as gums and patches have always been registered in Jamaica and a permit issued before they can be imported.
“The Ministry does not presently have any requests or submission of information from any individual or company to register any e-cigarette product. It therefore means that there is currently no approval for importation of these products in the island,” he said.
Dr Harvey explained that over the past three years approximately four formal requests were made for permission to import e-cigarettes. However, the applicants failed to follow up their requests with the documentation required to process the applications.
“As the Minister of Health indicated, we are willing to have dialogue and work with any supplier which now has products at Customs or in the process of shipment to have the requisite registration completed and permit issued,” Dr Harvey said.
He assured that the Ministry of Health stands ready to register e-cigarettes once the appropriate documents are presented in keeping with standard practice and the requirements of the Food and Drugs Act.  

Usually when I need help with something vape-related -- perhaps trying to locate an out of production part, or even an issue with a vendor about a product I purchased I've not had much success dealing directly with vendors and I ultimately turn to the forum for help. I've even had some very nice members send me parts.

Most vendors will request a video --it seems that is their new thing -like they all got together with each other and said, "Let's make them send a video and hopefully they will go away" and I find it absolutely ridiculous. Geekvape, whose products I really like comes to mind.

Anyhow I made a few orders from Sourcemore recently and I have been happy with the service and orders. I've ordered a few mods and miscellaneous parts. They even included small related to my order freebies with my order which I thought was a nice touch.

On one of the orders I ordered a different panel for my Jackaroo mod. There was a sale and I ordered the G10 Green Anaconda panel -- a really nice one. I ended up receiving an American Eagle panel.

Nice panel but not what I ordered. I'm reasonable and I like it and will keep it so I was just going to go and order the Green Anaconda again and leave a note to make sure they ship the correct one. Well - they were out of stock (hence, why they probably sent a different one) and the price is more than double of what I originally paid so I wrote to them and attached a copy of the order.

They responded promptly and asked me to send a pic. I sent a few pics of the box showing American eagle and the panel. Received a nice note apologizing and they let me know they would send me the correct one. I was willing to pay for it because I am keeping the other one and I told them so. I would have been satisfied if they would have just honored the sale price from the original order.

This morning I received a brief email note again apologizing and they sent me a tracking number. Great service and I have already placed another good-sized order with them.

I am a fairly regular "orderer" and all I ask is that vendors make it right if there is an issue. And when I find a vendor that does just that I am loyal to them.  

Earlier thread I mentioned I'm 32 days into no combustibles and only three puffs of e-cig. Was smoking a pack a day for 15 years on and off prior.

About a week into this 32 day streak I have had morning erections just about every morning. Have not had that in a long time. I'm also doing something called mouth taping which one benefit can be
"increase your intake of nitric oxide, which is crucial for brain function, cardiovascular health, and overall blood oxygen levels"

And we all know heart health can promote better and stronger erections. I absolutely know stopping combustibles is helping in this area. I am curious if the same is true by going to -e-cigs. I did a search and it seems to be the case but I figured I'd ask again. Which would mean that the nicotine may not be the issue regarding erection health and it's just the other stuff about smoking?

And maybe the combination of mouth taping and 32 days without a combustable have made the health down there quicker and better?

I saw a site like a week or 2 ago that was selling purge mods in clearance for like half price. It was a Canadian site. Anyone know what the site is? Or any other site having a sale on purge, ronin, or other authentic mods?  

So I have been coming on here and reading posts from people like say, in Washington State who are desperately trying to come up with something vapable after the flavor bans came crashing down, and I went on a pretty serious letter writing campaign in response. Here is the answer I got:

According to HHS Secretary Alex Azar, the FDA intends to introduce a policy that will remove the sale of all flavored e-cigarette flavors except tobacco, until otherwise specified.

I understand that this is an important issue for parents and consumers of e-cigarettes in our district. The part that instantly grabbed my attention was this:

Is this going to happen ahead of the deeming regulations? Is the FDA going to come up behind us and slip this over our heads while we aren't looking? And while vaping is coming under a full frontal assault, tobacco companies are laughing as they continue to kill 1200 people a day - because the spotlight ain't on them anymore.  

So I've seen some of the posts about Fasttech being overwhelmingly slow. Placed 2 seperate orders from 3F and was shocked to see that they both arrived at LAX and cleared customs in 2 days. Problem is that now they are stuck in Compton, CA and have not moved . One package there for five days and the other for only a day.

17Track shows last three events as "Received ", "Encoded" and finally "DN Send". USPS tracking shows "Label created awaiting package".

Anybody know what this means and when I should expect some movement again and the hand off to USPS.

Kind of frustrating knowing my goodies are an 8 hour drive away and just sitting in a pile somewhere lol! VAPETEASE!
