I thought I'd start a thread on this so we can keep track of who is planning on submitting what in their PMTAs. (Unless there is another climb down from the FDA, always possible)
Some companies are being very vocal about it, others are keeping quiet, but from what I've been able to gather a lot of products are going to be submitted. The first ones are just off the top of my head I've seen in recent press releases etc.. so please add ones you know about (and link if possible).

Turning Point Brands (Brands including Solace)
Vaping companies are required by the FDA to provide a Premarket Tobacco Product Application (PMTA), which will include scientific data to show a product is appropriate for public consumption. Manufacturers have until Sept. 9 to submit their application, failing which their products will be pulled from the market. Once an application is submitted, companies can keep selling their products for a year from the date of deadline, without official approval, or until a negative action is taken by the FDA.
It seems juul has applied, any other brands?
"In a letter sent to the FDA on June 7, the Small Business Administration (SBA) Office of Advocacy asked the regulators to seek a court order extending for an additional year the current moratorium on enforcement actions against small vape manufacturers who submitted Premarket Tobacco Applications (PMTAs) before last year’s Sept. 9 deadline."
"The SBA letter doesn’t mean the FDA will ask Judge Grimm to extend the enforcement grace period, but it is an encouraging development."

I'm an Old-Timer on this site, quit smoking 11 years ago with the help of Smokeless Image and my pretty Volts. Now I've been sneaking hits off friend's cigarettes and my daughter's Juul.
I love the idea of the small, extra simple Juul. Can anyone tell me about similar brands, pros and cons, prices?
Weird to be back here, can I blame it on Covid?!
Thanks.
hi everyone,
I just joined yesterday and was wondering where the smok brand was on the list of brands on this forum? can it potentially be added?
thanks

Hey all, I’m looking to find some more good salt nicotine eliquids to vape on. I’m currently using the Think Vape Zeta AIO with the RBA for MTL. The salt nicotine eliquids I currently use are Ultimate Salts, Viking Vapes eliquid and TRASH candy salts at 10-20mg nic strength in 10ml bottles. I was wondering if there are any other brands to look out for here in the UK. I can’t get hold of any US salt nicotine eliquids cause of our TPD so I can’t get my hands on 30ml bottles that are 20mg+
Hi everyone,
I haven't been active for a very long time because i had gone back to my stinky habit again.
Probably because of the place that i am staying doesn't allow the sales of E-ciggy.
Recently, i have noticed that the people around me have started using small little pen device or some called it a Kit & close pod system whatever so. What i seen is just an ordinary device similar to my very first vape pen over a decade ago. Until I managed to get hold of my friend's RELX device and immediately i know what i'm looking for. Everything is so simplified, popped in the juice cartridge and start smoking like a cigarette! And I don't even need to press or hold any switch?! The best part of this device is so small and handy that can easily hidden under the radar of the place I stay but of course the disadvantage is that the cartridges cannot be refill and is costly. Anyway, for someone lazy like me, it should be perfect.
I have googled search a few brands with similar product specification and out of nowhere Bold Vape Lite caught my attention. Have anyone tried and review its product yet? How is the e-juice and build qualities? Because it's only cost $28 for set of kit and 5 cartridges? Dirt cheap compared to my friend's Relx!! Attached is how the package look like. Trust me and google it yourself. Anyway the cost is so low, I think no harm trying and I will update you guys again soon. Meantime, stay safe and healthy everyone
Hello everyone. I've been vaping for almost half an year now and I've been absolutely loving it. I started with an aspire starter kit, then went to an aegis legend kit with a sub-ohm tank and now I've got 3 different RTAs (Zeus X,Profile RTA and Aromamizer Lite). As you can see I'm quite hooked on vaping / building in general. Over the past few months I've avoided making topics with stupid questions in them and have basically read and watched all the informative vids out there. As far as mainstream products go there is abundance of information and it's pretty easy for anyone to find their way.
Now to the issue at hand: While watching a review I came across a high end tube mod ( Dani 25 ) and I realized there is a whole `nother level to this ballgame. I want to get into high end attis and mods made in the west but it's hard to find even a list of high end brands let alone reviews on all of those. Basically my question to you is : If I have money burning in my pocket and I want to buy something cool how do I know what's good and what's basically a ripoff?
While I'm fine taking the risk of buying a defective/not very good 30$ tank, it would be an absolute disaster if I were to buy something 10 times that price that's garbage.
Do you guys know any sources that review high-end stuff exclusively and any specific brands I can look at?
Juul’s Valuation Is Going Up in Smoke After China Terminates Sales
https://www.ccn.com/juuls-valuation-vaporizing/
Mere days after launching in the world's largest tobacco market, Juul, a leading e-cigarette producer, had its sales terminated in China; meanwhile, stock estimates have been reduced to little more than vapor, with the firm's $38 billion valuation slowly evaporating.
Just last week the popular vaporizer launched a range of its products on two of China's major e-commerce markets, JD.com, and the Alibaba-backed Tmall. However, things quickly came to a halt after Juul's products were removed from the markets, seemingly without explanation.

Attorney General Becerra and Los Angeles Leaders Announce Lawsuit Against JUUL for Deceptive Marketing Practices Targeting Underage Californians and Endangering Users of Its Vaping Products
And the AG who brought this Suit against JUUL is Now the Secretary of US Health and Human Services. Which oversees the FDA. That same FDA that is Evaluating JUUL's PMTA Application.

My understanding of UPS and FEDEX decision not to carry Nicotine supplies to 'the Public' is their 'reluctance' to be burdened with record keeping requirements of signatures of Adults receiving Nicotine products under the new law. USPS decision is easy to understand as they are a 'Pseudo Government Agency'.
Just an 'observation'. Gas Stations, Convenience stores, tobacconists, and other vendors of actual tobacco products are NOT being 'burdened' with the same record keeping requirements at point of sale...and this appears to be a gap in the legislation violating the 'Equal Protection' philosophy the US has seemed to distance itself of late when making laws to 'save us from ourselves'...
I understand Business to Business shipments remain unaffected...its only business to end-users being burdened by this BS regulation.
Am I wrong in my observation?
