Aspire Nautilus Tank Works On Mvp 20w?

Hi all. I've been thinking of trying the Aspire Nautilus tank on my MVP 20w since I've read so many good things about it here. I'm doing mouth to lung vaping and I have an iStick 30 on the way too.

I just want to confirm the Nautilus tank will work on both mods? And what replaceable coils should I get for the Nautilus? Thanks!

Need Help Finding An Apv That Works With Nautilus Tank

Hi, folks. I've been vaping since 2009 and certainly went through years of trying new devices (Anybody remember the Screwdriver?) But I stopped keeping up with new products and technology once I found a set-up that worked for me.
I use an original Aspire Nautilus 5ml tank with BVC 1.8 or 1.6 coils and flavorless liquid that I mix myself. I've been powering the tank with variable voltage batteries such as the Spinner 2 or, more recently, the Kangor Evod VV 1600 mah. Both the tanks and those batteries have become increasingly harder to find.
Have to say, after the Screwdriver, I was never interested in getting another device with an external battery. But as we all prepare for the (senseless) demise of the on-line vaping industry, I've been trying to quickly learn about regulated mods. I need something safe and reliable that will take an external rechargeable 18650 battery and will also fit my Nautilus tank.
I know the technology has advanced light years. Frankly, all the info out there is pretty overwhelming.
I don't need a lot of power or tons of vapor. I tend to stay between 3.2-3.4 volts with the airflow on the tank wide open. I'm most concerned about quality since buying mistakes will soon be harder to remedy. (Some of the worst products I've purchased-- with the highest price tags-- were from local vape shops.)
Any suggestions for an APV from folks who also use the larger Aspire tank?
Thanks.

Some Advice Please :)

Hey there!
I have been vaping for a little over a year now and have gone through several different set ups but am fairly happy with what I'm using atm-- I have one of those Aspire Sub Ohm batteries and have been using a Nautilus tank with it. It seems that the coils in the tank burn out super quickly because the battery is too strong for it I guess? Any way the other day my battery and tank (the whole shebang) fell right into the toilet. The only good thing was that the toilet was recently flushed so yeah... I am now in need of a new battery and was interested in one of those lil box mods that everyone in the world seems to be using lol. The tanks I have and would be using with it are my two Nautilus tanks (one is a mini) and sometimes an Innokin iClear thingy (the one with the cool rotating tip). I vape mostly very sweet caramel, cookie and cereal juices at .6 nic and am mostly in love with flavor versus cloud making if that makes any sense. I'm not at all good with any of the technical stuff so have no desire to use any rebuild-able stuffs. Oh and I have an Aspire vv battery but it loses the charge so quickly I am kinda wanting something new...

Any one have any great advice on a new battery for me?

Nautilus Aspire Vs. Kanger Aerotank

Curious if any of you have gone to the Kanger Aerotank from the Nautilus Aspire tank? I have two Nautilus tanks and I have to say it is real hit and miss when I change the coils out. Sometimes I will have a clean hit and no burnt taste and other times it is burnt tasting for the life of the coil. A local vape shop told me to switch to the Kanger Aerotank. They did not have it in stock so I ordered it to try. Yes I am doing the whole prep scenario with the drops and hitting it 4 to 5 times before hitting the button. He told me it is common with the Nautilus, but not with the Kanger Aerotank. Any feedback?

Still Looking For A Battery With My Nautilus

Are there any batteries I could use without having to go to a MOD, for the Aspire Nautilus. I guess I could go to a MOD if absolutely have to. I know the Nautilus is a bigger tank so most batteries like the eGo one and other batteries are too small. What can I do?

Istick Pico And Nautilus 2 S, Options And Alternatives?

Greetings to all

Having quit cigs, I am alternating With Jf Minifit*20mg Nicsalt for outside and nic craving, and Aspire K4*3mg regNic at home, because as it leaks and, at just over 12cm, too big, annoying for pocket. K4 is great to vape and at length with low nic, since I do sometimes just need to keep puffing, and I am worried about how much I use the minifit with the 20.

I am hoping y'all'll be able to advise and help. The following is a rather stretched permutation of a similar thread (with older gear and less details):
Will the Aspire Nautilus fit the iStick Pico?

Looking now to have something with the (1)dual function, to gradually lower the nicotine while shifting the settings to keep things cofortable and satisfying. In other words, I am seeking to have something that can do both 20mg Nicsalt and Subohm.
(2)Size (averse to large devices) and (2)leakage are priorities. So is (4)ease of filling and coil replacement. In addition, if possible, I would like to exclusively (5?)keep with salts (even as I lower the nic).

The boys at the store recommended istick pico + nautilus 2s. Does this setup work for the numbered and underlined above? Do the pieces fit? If so, can I use the sub-ohm coil for low nicsalt or is the material of the salt just bad for sub-ohm regardless of nic level?

Which is easier to fill/change coil: nautilus 2s standard or TPD? ANy other differences? Is the TPD available in Europe?

Is nautilus the only tank with the dual function?

Is it worth having two tanks to be able to keep shifting? Whether Nautilus 2s or another? And is there some sort of bag or case for my stuff to keep in my backpack (saw a lady with something for her stick in her purse once)?

Given the purpose of ease, Should I consider the Orion Lost vape, or is the ability to lower the wattage just not enough, and I need something with high-ohm. Keeping in mind I don't like anything higher than 3mg on the Aspire K4.

What about Chubby Bunny and Magico? Easy alterntives that vape better than Minifit, have a little more options but not too complicated and still easy to use, fill, etc?

I noticed, pico is small, together with 2s they'll be bigger than K4. Given the purpose of size, what about the istick pico baby + nautilus mini? Do the sizes fit and can nautilus mini take high/sub-ohm coils?

Is nautilus mini easy to fill like 2s or is it like the old nautilus requiring cap removal?

On their website, I read that nautilus mini has 2ml capacity and standard/tpd 2.6, but in the thread above it said the standard has 5ml. Who's correct?

Why didn't the boy recommend other setups? I came across istick pico X and Snowwolf mini and what about Aspire own mods like the one that comes with nautilus; the Zelos, K1 Stealth or Reax Mini?

Finally, is there antyhing I should know about VG/PG percentages with Salts and any of the devices above?

Thanks in advance!

Istick 50w Resistance Reading .2ohms High

I have had my istick 50w for about 24 hours now. I the issue I am having is that all my 1.8ohm tanks are reading 2.0ohms on the display of the iStick. This is the case for my Aspire ET-S and Nautilus Minis. On two occasions the Nautilus tanks have read 1.9. Never 1.8. Even with brand new coils. I get the same result on 4 Nautilus Minis and 3 ET-S tanks. I get the same results with the mod turned off when I screw on the tanks as I do with the mod turned on. Any ideas or suggestions?

Why Does The New Aspire Atlantis V2 1.0 Ohm Coil Need 40-50 W?

I have an Eleaf iStick 30 & use the Aspire Nautilus mini with it. I bought a Melo tank to try sub ohm vaping, but don't like it (Melo coil) at .5 ohm. I do, however, really like it when I slightly unscrew it & get a 1.2 ohm reading for it.

I'd like to try the new Atlantis V2 1.0 ohm for my Melo tank. Why does Aspire list the power requirements for the 1.0 ohm coil at 40-50 w? I'm assuming they mixed up the specs for the .5 ohm and 1.0 ohm. Is this correct?

Aspire Atlantis Help, Is My Technique Wrong?

Hey guys,

I originally posted this in the hardware specific section but haven't gotten any love so here goes...

I have been off real cigs for a few months now which I'm super happy about, no desire to go back. I kicked the habit with the aspire K1 Ego tanks and since upgraded to Nautilus mini which I enjoy, I'm primarily mouth to lung hitter. In between the two tanks I was sold an Atlantis by a local B&M, the guy said most buy a Nautilus mini then upgrade to Atlantis anyway so he said it would save money. I couldn't really get into it taking lung hits and still really don't enjoy it but am wondering if my technique is off?

I tried 12mg juice in there and it was really rough, I've since dropped my nicotine to 6mg across the board, and tried that in the Atlantis, it gives a harsh mouth and throat feel if I try to lung hit, I also get the same experience if I use 0mg juice. I've tried MtL hits and it doesn't really produce any vapor. Attempting lung hits I've tried all wattages from 15-30W with same results, also I keep the airflow all the way open. I try and inhale deep and quick thinking more airflow might 'dilute' the vapor and make it feel less harsh. Also this is Atlantis1, and I've only tried max or 100%VG juice.

What technique/settings do you guys use and what should it really feel like doing lung hits on this tank? When he sold me the tank I used it once in the shop and it felt very very smooth on the inhale and smooth on the exhale as well as very dense and tasty and pleasant, for the life of me I can't replicate it. Alternatively, is there a tank or RBA/RTA/RDA I can try for MtL hits that will produce that really dense vapor feel?

TIA for your help, I know it probably sounds like a newbie question lol 'how do I use my tank' but I am stuck!

Time To Venture Into Sub Ohming... Kinda

So I've had a few various egos here and there, and I've loved them. My favorite has been the Aspire CF mod I currently have with the nautilus mini. I feel like it's about time to step my game up. Kinda.

I want to get into sub ohming. It looks fun and the vapor is impressive. I'm not normally one to vape in public, but at my desk at home it'll add some more fun to vaping I think.

I just don't know where to start. I don't really want to build coils or anything like that. I'd rather go with a tank that can sub ohm. Down the line I'll start building my coils, but now I don't want too. I want to see if it's really for me first.

So my question of the topic. What are some good kits that are basically starter kits for this? I've been looking at the ego one, and the aspire cf variant. The aspire is a tad too big, so I don't really want that. And to be honest I want more of a box mod.

I'm looking to spend around 70 for everything. Anyone want to suggest me a good box mod and tank kit that'll help me sub ohm? Thanks for any help!

Can You Use A Bdc Coil In A Aspire Nautilus Mini?

My GF is a chronic smoker (over a pack a day) and Ive been doing a heap of research into vapors in an effort to help her quit, I just bought an Aspire Nautilus Mini for her but upon further research i notice some users were worried about the ceramic fiber in BVC Nautilus Coils.

I know Aspire claims the ceramic filter is ok but there is lots and lots of research to show ceramic fibers cause cancer, so whilst my GF has bigger problems with her excessive smoking i dont want to give her something to compound the chances of cancer.

Question: Can i fit and use a BDC in a Nautilus Mini? the filters are different but i know they are interchangeable, i just dont know if it will work? anyone tried?

The BVC contains the ceramic coil and the BDC doesnt?

Thanks for anyone with a reply, i appreciate your time.
