Time To Venture Into Sub Ohming... Kinda

So I've had a few various egos here and there, and I've loved them. My favorite has been the Aspire CF mod I currently have with the nautilus mini. I feel like it's about time to step my game up. Kinda.

I want to get into sub ohming. It looks fun and the vapor is impressive. I'm not normally one to vape in public, but at my desk at home it'll add some more fun to vaping I think.

I just don't know where to start. I don't really want to build coils or anything like that. I'd rather go with a tank that can sub ohm. Down the line I'll start building my coils, but now I don't want too. I want to see if it's really for me first.

So my question of the topic. What are some good kits that are basically starter kits for this? I've been looking at the ego one, and the aspire cf variant. The aspire is a tad too big, so I don't really want that. And to be honest I want more of a box mod.

I'm looking to spend around 70 for everything. Anyone want to suggest me a good box mod and tank kit that'll help me sub ohm? Thanks for any help!

Aspire Nautilus Tank Works On Mvp 20w?

Hi all. I've been thinking of trying the Aspire Nautilus tank on my MVP 20w since I've read so many good things about it here. I'm doing mouth to lung vaping and I have an iStick 30 on the way too.

I just want to confirm the Nautilus tank will work on both mods? And what replaceable coils should I get for the Nautilus? Thanks!

Some Advice Please :)

Hey there!
I have been vaping for a little over a year now and have gone through several different set ups but am fairly happy with what I'm using atm-- I have one of those Aspire Sub Ohm batteries and have been using a Nautilus tank with it. It seems that the coils in the tank burn out super quickly because the battery is too strong for it I guess? Any way the other day my battery and tank (the whole shebang) fell right into the toilet. The only good thing was that the toilet was recently flushed so yeah... I am now in need of a new battery and was interested in one of those lil box mods that everyone in the world seems to be using lol. The tanks I have and would be using with it are my two Nautilus tanks (one is a mini) and sometimes an Innokin iClear thingy (the one with the cool rotating tip). I vape mostly very sweet caramel, cookie and cereal juices at .6 nic and am mostly in love with flavor versus cloud making if that makes any sense. I'm not at all good with any of the technical stuff so have no desire to use any rebuild-able stuffs. Oh and I have an Aspire vv battery but it loses the charge so quickly I am kinda wanting something new...

Any one have any great advice on a new battery for me?

Aspire Nautilus Mini Bvc W/larger Wicking Holes, Stock

*I posted this in the Aspire Forums, but wanted to get some Feedback from my fellow ECF members*

Hi,
I bought a Aspire Nautilus Mini Premium Starter kit that came with the 1000mah VV+ battery a few months ago. It came with a 5 pack of 1.8 Ohm BVC coils. I have since bought 3, 5 packs of coils from 101Vape. They have all worked great, but 101Vape has ran out of stock.

I bought 2, 5 packs of 1.8 Ohm BVC coils from WORLDofVAPE. They came in the mail today and they also work (better) great, but they are not physically the same. They have the same markings and threading and post, but the wicking holes are 3 times larger. They are not in the middle, but run along the top of the threading. They say Aspire BVC 1.8 (3.3-6.0) CE and have the trash can picture on them. The packaging is exactly as the first 3 sets of 5 packs I have bought (including the pack that came with the kit). I have checked every security code and they all come back genuine.

Why do the BVC coils from World of Vape have larger intake holes on them? Are these a newer improved design? Did you start using different equipment or specifications to produce the BVC? Are these a different coil meant for a different tank? I would really like to know so that I can order the exact ones again in the future as I don't know when World of Vape will run out of stock. Any feedback would be great!

Modified Drip On Sub Ohm Baby Beast With Mesh Coils

So admittedly I dont know if this counts as m
odding when people are building actual boxes to fit atomized and house batteries from scratch but what's everyone think about this addition its a new use for something I dont use anymore the top to the tank of my evod 2 built by aspire a just kinda screwed it into the wide gauge tip of my baby beast sub ohm tank I'm using the .15 mesh coils and tightening the draw and I find that I can get quite lot of flavorful vapor at 40 watts and 2.70v set to hard hit on my aspire skystar

Curious what anyone might think of this and if anyone maybe has some other easy DIY flavour chase inovations

Clumsy Me.. Broke All My Aspire Tanks.. Vari.. Whats Next?

So I'm on the fence with my latest stint using the aspire vivi nova and mini tanks.. I break and loose them so fast I refuse to spend over $20 on a new tank. And Iv also had mixed results with the coils. I use a provari which has out survived all the tanks.. well, that's another story..

I'm wondering if the Atlantis performs better than the vivi nova tanks Iv been using.. It , with a SS tank might survive my abuse. But I seem to break the base connection more than the glass when I drop them.

Can someone enlighten me how the different Aspire tanks perform? how many different styles of coils are available now? Should consider a different system with more consistent coil performance? I'm tired of the one day aspire coils..

Thanks!

Using A Different Coil For Aegis Mini Kit With Cerberus Tank

Hello, so i have been vaping with this new Aegis mini kit with a cerberus tank that i bought a couple of weeks ago. I have used up the 2 standard coils that were in the box, but for some reason in my country i am not able to find specific coils for aegis mini kits online (I live in Belgium). My question is if there are any other (more available) coils that i could use in my cerberus tank? I don't want to pay like $30 just to have them shipped from the UK to Belgium to be honest as they should be aroun $16 for a 5-pack. I noticed i could get "Geekvape Cerberus coils", would these fit my cerberus tank? Maybe a dumb question but you can't be sure enough.

Thank you in advance!

Having A Hard Time Finding The Right Set-up

I'm having a mad time trying to find a tank or clearo to fit a relatively small battery to upgrade from my triton without having to go to a MOD set-up I need a nice drip-tip too.It seems like an in between of my Triton tank and a MOD I can't quite find the vapor production I'm looking for I lowered my ohms on the triton 1.8 it did produce a bit more vapor but the tanks just aren't built for those ohms and they run to hot.I've already gone through three coils.I looked at the Aspire Nautilus mini premium kit not completely sold on it, eGo One battery with Nautilus mini but I think the tank I'm looking for should hold more e-liquid.Any help here much appreciated.

Well It Happened.

I make the choice that I'm certain I'll be vaping forever. I figured since I enjoy it, I'm gonna learn everything I want to know and make it a hobby.
Me being a perfectionist, I decided it was time to piece together a setup that was not only powerful, but pleasing to the eyes.
After much consideration, I made the choice to not go sub ohm. I instead decided a higher power, higher ohm setup would please me.
So this is what I ended up with.
Aspire CF VV 1600MAH battery. Instead of rocking a VV+ most people use, I went the route I did to get 600 more MAH battery and didn't care about the beauty ring because after all, my Aspire K1 tank is a backup now and can't be used with the VV+
The tank had to be good too. This was where I wanted to upgrade the most. I wanted adjustable airflow, and better coils.
The Nautilus Mini was the only clear choice. 2ml is fine for me as I switch flavors now and then, and the new redesigned OCC coils you can purchase was a selling point.
I've been using the setup since last night, and WOW!!! This tank brings the flavor through in ways I never thought possible. Also, the vapor production is amazing to me. I don't care about cloud chasing so by my standards this is a fog machine at higher voltage lol.
Overall with 5 additional spare coils I'm about 65$ in this setup and that's a bargain. It performs so well.
Also wanna throw out that GWAR Spew from MBV is friggin amazing in this tank!!!!

Vapeonly Atlantis Ni200 Coils...

I was strolling through sweet vapes website and seen they had these Atlantis coils made by aspire.I plan on ordering a temp control mod this week and wanted some nickel coils to go with it I have the maganus/starre tank...well I seen that the vapor shark nickel coils are twice the price so I was wondering if any one had any experience with these. I heard the Atlantis coils would fit in the Maganus but didn't know if these would and I see the vapor sharks ni200 coils are 0.15 and the vapeonly coils are 0.25 would that be noticeable or have any effect such as having to use more watts or temperature? Best Standard Set Up?

with no interest in sub ohming or rebuilding at this minute what is the best standard tank to use for liquids?

I currently use a nautilus and a vision spinner 2 and have done a for a while now. The problem I have to be honest is better liquids like flavours by Joe burn the nautilus coils out within a couple of hours and fusion vapours (my personal favourite) last only days which I know isn't normal.

so to someone with a limited knowledge of vaping and looking for very easy set ups rather than technical building, what are the best tank and battery to use for a swap out coil and generally not a high power Vape ( I tend to 3.8 it)
