OK, so the vaping gods sent a sign today. I was cleaning out my bathroom when I went over to my wife's side of the counter and saw a teeny, tiny tube mod. I pick it up, examine it, rolling it my hands. I think to myself "Geez, this thing is tiny! What is it, a 14350. No, maybe a 14240. How does this produce enough current to fire? I don't know, that atomizer has to be pretty tiny. Maybe it's 3 ohms or something. When did SHE get into vaping and where did she find this thing? What a great stealth mod! I need to get one!" Typical vaper thought process, right?
Turns out that it was a stainless steel tube of lipstick.
Givin to me by a friend, but man is this tiny. Tried a clapton on it and it wouldn't fit. Need a super tiny coil. Thinking about tossing this thing in the garbage..
Yup, two years since I set fire to a tobacco tube, after 46 years of a 2 pack-a-day habit starting at age 14 ...
My dentist in Mexico gave me a cigalike after pulling two molars on May 10th 2013, it worked for me from day one ...
I am a practiced stealth vaper, enjoy my new hobby everywhere and anywhere with complete satisfaction. At home and in my car I enjoy 50 percent VG juice and a modest cloud. But in public, recognizing the "brittle people" who have been thoroughly conditioned to openly attack anything that "looks like smoking", I vape 100 percent PG juice with total impunity. No evidence, no "crime" ...
After two years of vaping, my lung function has vastly improved, and Parkinsons symptoms are noticeably diminished. Now retired and with more energy that I have had in years, I can enjoy my free time thanks to 24 months of detox from tobacco additives ...
A salute to all of those on the front lines of the battle to protect vaping, and to expose the blatantly false media campaign to demonize this life-saving innovation ...

I used to be one of those who thought the whole dripping thing was dumb.
After getting tired of buying coils for my atlantis, I decided to pop in to the store and pick up my first RDA.
I settled on the dark horse. I watched a short tutorial on youtube and built my first coil at 0.6 ohms.
Safe to say the atlantis and nautilis will go into retirement today.
I have never felt a nic buzz from vaping, but I can actually feel a buzz off this thing : I vape my atlantis at 3mg.
Also I love that I simply have to re wick and drip to try new flavours, and best of all NO MORE BUYING COILS.
So i was thinking of starting a thread which might list every mod past and present which would be compiled by you from one day to the next. At first i thought it wouldn't be practical because no one would know if a mod had been added unless they read through the entire thread.
Then i thought if a list from A though Z were compiled systematically by members by copying and pasting the most recent list in this thread, and then contributing to it, ensuring your entries are inserted alphabetically (Even if it's only one or two mods), then eventually this thread could contain pretty much every mod that exists, and would be updated regularly, by you !. No pictures please !. Only brief descriptions such as "company name / name of mod / type of mod".
What better place for such a list than ECF, "The world's largest e-cigarette website.
Here's my contribution to start it off :

it's a list of all the mods i own at this present time.
If you're going to add to the list then you can add any mods you can think off as long as you place those mods into the existing alphabetical order ( description should start with the company name). Batteries such as, say, vision twist aren't mods so lets not get into those. Tube mods and box mods (Includes internal/built in battery mods) only please (Squonkers included)
And lets not forget Mechanicals.
If you think a previous desciption is incorrect then correct it.
Ensuring company names come first in your description will enable a logical, consistant "alphabetical" understanding of the list by anyone who views it.
If you don't know the name of the company who made the mod just insert the name of the mod etc.
Yup. I got me a caliburn. I cannot belieive the flavour and warmth of vapour with the 1.2 ohm coils. I gave my Coolfire 4 TC100 away to a friend and both my cleito tanks.
12mg nic salts, 50pg/50vg and amazing.
My set up has gone from big to tiny and the salts are so satisfying compared to normal eliquid that I don't need to DL anymore.
Amazed at the performance from these tiny modern pod devices better than a nautilus mini by miles.
A couple days ago I met a guy at a party, and everytime he would take a hit of his mod it would make this whirring sound. Turns out he just picked up the new Turbo RDA by Tobeco which was designed by their USA Team "Ohm Nation". I have to say it is very innovative. I have never seen anything like it so of course I asked him the name and where he purchased it from. I finally got my hands on one and its a great RDA with the proper build. The whole design of it is a B+ the reason for that is...the airflow control (which is the upper piece and where the fan is mounted) is made out of plastic which is a big downside because once you get your coils fired up, the plastic SLOWLY begins to met and in my case, melted in peices of the wick. Other than that, the post are wide so it can accommodate lower gauge wires. The posts are also milled into the deck to prevent the posts from spinning and they also give you a super wide bore glass drip tip. Its also constructed out of 304 stainless steel. Overall, i am pretty happy with it and one of the builds that i believe best suits this is 20g Nichrome 5 Wraps. Its super hot, the fan definitely gets put to work and you're getting a lot vapor production.
It is definitely stands out on design and is DIFFERENT to what we usually see out there which I do love about this RDA. It's great that companies are getting creative and trying new things with the products they are creating. I do hope they revisit this and make the next one with a stainless steel airflow control. Other than that, wow.
alright so lets set this point straight, I don't believe in any of the (EDITED) going around in the states with ban's left and right.
I just want to quit vaping for a year, I have my reasons that I won't get into.
I already limited my vaping I am only allowed to take 2 hits at work in a period of 7.5h
and 1 before bed.
only thing I need help with is removing the urge to take a hit, it's not really an urge, I can stop myself if I want to and force myself to not do it, but nobody likes that, any way to limit it even just a tiny bit?
So the other day my wife says that she is interested in trying vapeing cause she really loves the smell it puts out,I tell her that it has nic in it don't think its a good idea but we will go to the shop and try some zero and see what you think and find you a flavor.Today we went and she had a ball trying different flavors she said "its like the chocolate factory just guilt free"lol yes it is.we got her flavor and got her setup on some of my old hardware and now I can't pry the thing out of her hands.Ha ha I created a monster I love it!!!
About time too. Tired of these ugly oversized boxed

I needed an extra 510 drip tip for an atomizer (someone gave a used one with no tip) I had been sharing one from another tank (atomizer... tank is easier to type) so I dug through a box and remembered an old RTA I could steal the drip tip from. Then the memories flooded in... it was a UD Bellus someone gave me (with a warning... "she is evil") I was not put off by this (I like a good challenge) so tried several times to build "the evil one"... no success (it has an extremely small build deck, dual coils sharing the same post holes with tiny screws and no clearance between the coils and chamber) When it did work (briefly) it actually had decent vapor and flavor. I finally gave up... long story but short answer... this tank was my "nemesis" for sure. I even tried the single coil option (came with an adapter to block off one side) still no luck (wanted to throw it in the trash or better yet take a hammer to it) Anyway... what atomizers have you had that you consider your nemesis (evil, vile, stubborn, useless... feel free to use other terms)?
P.S. I know it's futile, but I'm going to try one more time with that "....." (I can hear her laughing at me as I type this)
