"In a letter sent to the FDA on June 7, the Small Business Administration (SBA) Office of Advocacy asked the regulators to seek a court order extending for an additional year the current moratorium on enforcement actions against small vape manufacturers who submitted Premarket Tobacco Applications (PMTAs) before last year’s Sept. 9 deadline."
"The SBA letter doesn’t mean the FDA will ask Judge Grimm to extend the enforcement grace period, but it is an encouraging development."

A while ago, I remember that one or two of those 3 letter organisations funded by Big Pharma changed their minds about vaping.
Just wondering is there any health organization out there publicly supporting vaping?

Ok so let’s say it’s Thursday morning September 10, 2020. What type of enforcement do you think we will see across the country to our local vape shops and online retailers? Will there be vehicles with FDA printed on the side speed into their parking lots ,screeching their breaks, and men in black suits running into them with large trash bags shoving products in them?
Well I know it won’t be that extreme. I’m just curious how it will all be enforced. Will the shop owners who have no idea what pmta is still operate until the fda sends them a letter to stop? How do you guys think the enforcement part of things will play out?
One of my facebook friends posted an e-cig article and the title of it was "e-cigs have 10x more cancer causing ingredients than cigarettes" . I would like to be there when they "test" these things so I could see how their testing them and what brand of e-cig their testing.
I have been a vaper going on 3 years now. I have gradually worked myself down to 3 mg nicotine. Not because I believe nicotine is bad for me but for the simple fact that I don't want to be tied to it.
Like tonight I was at a banquet for my daughters high school graduation class and I noticed many parents having to duck out in the middle to go smoke. Even though I had my mod in my purse I simply had no desire! The cravings have been gone for a couple of years now.
That is why I strongly believe that cigarettes contain other things that keep us hooked! Cause I remember the first month I started and even at 18 mg nic I suffered runny noses and my whole body ached. That was me withdrawing from who knows what is in those things.
I just like that honestly I can say that I vape because I WANT to...not because I HAVE to. ITs a wonderful feeling. And its so sad that the greedy government either wants to shut this down or tax it to the limit where it might me cheaper to smoke! I am very active in the advocacy and urge other vapers to do the same. It takes no time to either send an email or in my case I send and actual letter every Friday!

i was reading Another seemingly misleading article and something occurred to me tertiarily.
This dead kids thing isn’t just the biggest e-cigarette problem of the moment, it’s ALSO the biggest legalized cannabis problem of the moment as well. People are dying because they’re buying fake drugs they think are from legal sources.
What if this whole thing is an attempt to shift blame FROM legal cannabis TO e-cigarettes? Are all of the fast moving politicians from states that recently legalized? BT would have a big thing to gain because they kill two birds. They’re heavily heavily invested in legalized cannibis AND they hate ecigs.
Just a thought. Might be worthless. Thought I’d throw it out there though. Maul away. I’m interested to see what’s wrong with it.
As the title says never thought that boiling really would make that much of a difference but the first wick I've made with it is like a dream with so much better taste and its been wicking so much better, has anyone else had this same experiencing after boiling for the first time or did I just get lucky at making a perfect wick on the first piece i used from the batch.
