Hi guys
Just wanted some thoughts from people who already have either one of these atty. Which one is easy to setup/have the best flavour these kind of things.
Thanks in advance
I recently bought a Squape R clone from Fasttech, its ok but not what i was expecting, so i'm looking now to kinda move up in the RTA world, I can't afford an original svoemesto, erlkonigen or taifun, but is it worth getting a clone of one of these? my clone experience so far hasn't really been amazing, obviously its hard to differentiate between it being the fact its a clone or that, heaven forfend, i just don't like the squape style.
So heres the rub, do i try another clone of one of these other styles as a cheap way of seeing if i prefer another RTA style, or do i just stick the money into an original like the Lemo 2 ?
I'm not certain of what i really want to be honest whether its dual coil i need for the flavour and clouds i'm not getting from my squape r or if its down to the build deck/airflow/chimney/whatever but the hit from the squape only satisfies if i pre-heat it for a second and only take a quick puff then. otherwise its low flavour dry throat hit.
Hey guys, need your knowledge and advice here.
I started vaping last year and think its time to upgrade, but last year it was waaay easier to choose what i wanted. Everyone just recommended kayfun...so i got one...and i liked it for the most part. But i did find it too fiddly to get right and i doubt i ever got it to its full potential. every time i would use some crapy evod i swear it would taste better, but have way less vapor than the kayfun lite. So now i would really like something thats has better flavour than the kfl but that is also simple and reliable. wether thats a tank or rta that has a fool proof setup. I also need one thats good for the mouth to lung hits. BUT THERE'S SO MANY CHOICES THESE DAYS WITH NO CLEAR WINNERS, that i can see...so is there a consenses on whats best?
Ill be using a istick 50w, upgraded from my 18350 mech.
TL;DR - Whats the best tank or rta for flavour, m2l, and is simple and reliable to use??
thanks guys, really need your help to narrow it down
Hey everyone, I just wanted to post my setup here, nothing to fancy so just take a quick look and feel free to leave a comment or reply.
To kick things off I've got a Seeker Mech Mod by EHPRO. It's a sleek design, all copper, and easy to press button. Little short and thick for those of us who like our setups to look beefy.
Atty- The Tobh Atty. It is a pain in the butt to take apart from the get go but once you get a bit of juice on all the O rings it comes apart fairly easy. Good deck to build on all pre-drilled holes on the three posts 1(+) and 2(-) (Obviously). Deep basin to hold plenty of juice for our drip and drivers safety. My current build is a dual single coil coming in at 0.28 ohms. Using a regular cotton wick.
Juice- "Bliss" made by The Artisan Vapor 100%VG This juice is an explosive flavor of fruits, and for being 100%VG it has a heavy flavor. 39ml bottle runs at 20$ not to bad for a good juice. When I drip with a full basin it lasts roughly an hour, and I heavily use my vape.
Battery- This thing is one of the best right now but I'm still limited on what builds I can do. My 0.28 is safe, however my 0.22 is unsafe (Go figure) ANYWAYS! (Specs) MNKE IMR-26650 3.7(low) 4.2(High) 3500mAh.
So I think that's all. Thanks for reading guess, and questions or comments just drop it down below. Goodbye and VAPE ON!
Hi guys, I'm back!
I'm still vaping away, and happy as ever to be doing it. You guys might remember me, it's been a while. My mom died from lung cancer and I haven't smoked a cigarette since. But I'm humbly asking for help from the experts, because I'm at a loss.
I vape on a Vandy Vape Berserker MTL vape pen, and I buy the coils from elementvape.com or electrictobacconist.com. I vape salts, 24mg. This works BEAUTIFULLY for me. I'm satisfied, it's easy, I have zero interest in building things or using tiny screwdrivers or any of that. Maybe once all the little people in the house can use the bathroom without my assistance I'll have time to devote to coil building, but I digress....
So onto my issue... No one is selling the coils for this vape pen! It's out of stock everywhere and I am freaking out. I don't want to use pod systems, I live way out in BFE and don't want to constantly be waiting on shipments.
Can anyone tell me SPECIFIC devices to buy that 1. work with salts and 2. have coils that don't need to be built. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE?!?! And dumb it down, talk slowly, I don't know all the lingo of the cool kids.
Thank you guys in advance. You all were very kind to me while my mom was dying, and I appreciate it so much.
Ok so i recently made my little Hana clone with a genuine DNA 40 and so decided to buy myself a Squape R clone to use on it. as a novice to the world of RBA/RTA/RDA's this was my first foray and i thought I'd give my opinions/review/thoughts
1st making the clone - I'm not a novice with soldering and so i found the board easy to work with as long as i had the guide in front of me to work it all out. The Cigabuy Hana Enclosure was good as well with reasonable switches DNAsled etc.
BUT.... the 510 connector is crap! i had to fit it in with a hammer, its centre pin (non adjustable) catches and shorts on my aerotank when screwed on fully and to even get that far i had to modify it by removing the white plastic insulating ring and replace it with 2 sizes of heat shrink on top of each other.
other than that i put the up and down buttons in the wrong way round - but i'm leaving that element of stupidity as it makes it mine.
the Squape R clone or Traingle windows atomizer as it is from fast tech,
.... Fasttech takes ages BLAH BLAH BLAH .....
ok so it seems well made, no leaks from the windows no shorts on the deck, good click on the airflow,
but, neither the w or c decks fit the thing, at all, and i'm not hammering it in!!
so thats the bits about the equipment
now onto vaping,
1) wrapping coils is a PITA to start with! it looks easy, everyone makes it seem easy, but its fricken not every coil i wrapped was more like a spring than a coil!
2) when i started i had no idea how much is a reasonable wick, either using too much and it looking like a rabbit ran into a mousehole or when juiced in, looking like a bedraggled pathetic thing on the deck dead.
3) It was easier to make a coil with Nickel than Kanthal
4) once i had a coil built that worked, the squape leaked unti i realised i had to tuck the cotton into the channels on the deck.
5) vaping is very different on an RTA to a kanger tank, you have to pre click your button to let some vape build or the cloud is dry and hurts my throat, with a one second pre-hit i get what everyone is taking about - warm, moist cloud full of flavour!
6) temperature control is a PITA - yet more variables to play with to get it right, but once it is right it works, yup it works for me
So to round up i went from an MVP 20W on an aerotank with 1.8 ohm coild to a DNA 40 with Nickel coils vaping at approx 0.18 Ohms, i've still not found my perfect vape but i'm getting there, now to learn how to wrap coils, then move on to each new idea
Its a steep learning curve but i think worth the niggles, sore dry throat and PITA's of learning everything again.
I just received my first order from the US. They only ship via USPS so I had no choice of carrier. I ordered the Big Dripper V2 from Grand Vapor Station. It cost $65 and shipping was $35. USPS ships here and passed over to Phlippine Post which passes thru the greedy customs guys here. They opened the package and they insisted that it was some kind of turbo add on for a race car and taxed me 6000 pesos, that is about $136. More than what I paid for my atty and shipping combined. That is 15% of what they think the value of the item is. I really tried to argue and explain to them what it was but they wouldn't even believe what wsa printed in the Invoice. They lay their argument on the banner that says "Don't Drip and Drive" on the box and from there concluded that it was some kind of exotic and expensive car part. After customs I was charged VAT, Value Added Tax, of 4000 pesos, that's about $90. My atty ended up costing me around $300. The funny thing is based on their computation the atty is worth more than $1000.
What is currently the best atomizer flavor out there? Bar none. Doesnt matter what vape style it is. If someone wants to experience the best possible flavor an atty can produce, what is it?
Is it the newest and greatest Falcon 2, a Zenith, Zeus X, Dang rda, wotofo rda...? Or does an old classic still reign king?
What do you guys think? What atty is the measure for flavor?
Big shout Out to @markfm for his extraordinary kindness in sending to me an Innokin Ares 2 LE, as well as some fantastic tasting home roasted coffee. This was above and beyond the call. I finally got the time to sit down and build/wick it up, and wanted to say I am really enjoying this atty. Both the looks of it and the taste of the juice are really great on this. He had wanted to piff two extra Ares he'd received and I was fortunate to receive one. This had actually been one I'd been looking at but hadn't been able to order, all things being said. Thank You again!!
Hey guys so I'm new to the vaping scene and I'm getting into building RDAs and learning and what not. I made a list on eBay with the things I think i'll need to start up. What do you guys think? Do i need anything else before I order all this? Or do you guys recommend different things. Thanks in advance.

Hello everyone.
How strong you inhale vs Flavour... does it make a difference?
I don't think I saw a thread or anything regarding this specific subject.
There are lots of information about atomizers, airflow, building coils and wick, MTL and DTL but in my opinion this small detail makes a huge difference.
Technically speaking, the amount of air (volume) you inhale can be the same but spreaded over a different period of time. I am a hard inhaler meaning, that when I think about it, I usually tone it down and next inhales are slower, softer and a bit longer.
Speaking from my own experience with the gear I have here is my conclusion.
-Taking a less aggressive draw usually leads to more flavor and a bit less clouds.
-There is also flavor notes that can be different in both situations.
This can also explain a bit why people coming from MTL to DTL sometimes are overwhelmed by the flavour and people doing to opposite get weak flavor results... they are just pulling too hard.
Just changing the way I draw on same atomizer, same build, same liquid, same power, will give massive different results.
Vaping is a fine balance on so many little things and in the end, when finally I hit the sweet spot, it's all so satisfying.
Stay safe.
