Aspire Atlantis 2 Question/problem

I was borrowing my bro's Atlantis, for awhile. I put a new coil in it, a couple days before I returned it. It was hitting great. When I give it back, we dump the juice back in a bottle and put the tank back in its original box. About a week later, he sells it to my brother in law. Here's the weird part - we fill up the tank, assuming the coil needs no priming, and fire it up. It seems to be weak on vapor production. It has the nice crackle/pop, and there is no burnt taste or dry hits, but it just isn't producing the volume it used to.

Is this because it sat for a week?  

I was strolling through sweet vapes website and seen they had these Atlantis coils made by aspire.I plan on ordering a temp control mod this week and wanted some nickel coils to go with it I have the maganus/starre tank...well I seen that the vapor shark nickel coils are twice the price so I was wondering if any one had any experience with these. I heard the Atlantis coils would fit in the Maganus but didn't know if these would and I see the vapor sharks ni200 coils are 0.15 and the vapeonly coils are 0.25 would that be noticeable or have any effect such as having to use more watts or temperature? I must say, this is a decent tank. I now have an Atlantis sub tank and a Herakles tank. I do like them both, but on my Atlantis im limited to 30 watts. Anything above that starts to taste burnt. The Herakles I already have up to 40 watts and the juice tastes good and I get good clouds. Im picking up a Sigelei 100w plus from a buddy of mine. Im thinking I may pick up a Matrix tank to go along with it. Anybody have any experience with the Matrix tanks? Good? Bad? Neutral?  

Well decided to bite the bullet and get the istick 50w and the Atlantis 2, so far so good I got it off a Canadian website both for 120 and received it the next day! Gotta say the Atlantis 2 is our of control lol nothing compared to my aerotank mega put about 20 ml through it so far and not a single dry hit, seems to eat through juice like crazy tho lol and maybe just a little too much air flow for my liking but I'm sure I'll grow to these things but as they are kind of new their still a little weird for me, anyone else run this setup? Any tips or tricks for me? I noticed to get the maximum amount of liquid in it I screw the coil into the tank fill it right full then screw the bottom part on works well  

Alright so I have an atlantis v2 and I don't like the little 3ml capacity or the huge drip tip.. if I get the 5ml atlantis upgrade tank I'm thinking I can just throw it on my v2 and have the normal atlantis drip tip and more capacity but with the new coils and airflow Will this work how I'm imagining it?  

Hey guys I'm looking to upgrade from what I have right now which is the atlantis v1. I'm not a huge fan of the atlantis because of the inconsistency with the coils and the loss of flavor after 2 tank full. The atlantis v2 seems nicer with the occ coils and improved airflow, but I'm not sure if its worth the upgrade since I could just get the new 5-pack occ coils for my v1. The subtank mini still has better options with the occ coils and RBA. Also it seems the occ coils for the subtank is easier to rewick which could save me a few dollars.
I'm not sure which one to go with. I'm leaning more toward the subtank, but still not sure. Maybe someone who has either one or knows more about them could help me. I like to have a good amount of clouds while still keeping the flavor.

Or if anyone has a sub-ohm tank they could recommend that they like more than the ones I mentioned that would be good too.

does anyone know If you can put the new atlantis v2 coils in the first atlantis?

and also if you can put atlantis v2 coils in the horizon tech arctic tank?  

im using an atlantis 2 with the .3 ohm coil and im using it on an eleaf istick 50 watt. my first coil from the pack was good. then went that burned out i put in a new coil and it keeps dry hitting. So i changed the coil. Dry hits on that one too. And on a third coil. Same liquid as i was using with the wattage at about 47-50. Why would it be dry hitting like this? also, it seems to be getting way too hot at those wattages

I originally posted this in the hardware specific section but haven't gotten any love so here goes...

I have been off real cigs for a few months now which I'm super happy about, no desire to go back. I kicked the habit with the aspire K1 Ego tanks and since upgraded to Nautilus mini which I enjoy, I'm primarily mouth to lung hitter. In between the two tanks I was sold an Atlantis by a local B&M, the guy said most buy a Nautilus mini then upgrade to Atlantis anyway so he said it would save money. I couldn't really get into it taking lung hits and still really don't enjoy it but am wondering if my technique is off?

I tried 12mg juice in there and it was really rough, I've since dropped my nicotine to 6mg across the board, and tried that in the Atlantis, it gives a harsh mouth and throat feel if I try to lung hit, I also get the same experience if I use 0mg juice. I've tried MtL hits and it doesn't really produce any vapor. Attempting lung hits I've tried all wattages from 15-30W with same results, also I keep the airflow all the way open. I try and inhale deep and quick thinking more airflow might 'dilute' the vapor and make it feel less harsh. Also this is Atlantis1, and I've only tried max or 100%VG juice.

What technique/settings do you guys use and what should it really feel like doing lung hits on this tank? When he sold me the tank I used it once in the shop and it felt very very smooth on the inhale and smooth on the exhale as well as very dense and tasty and pleasant, for the life of me I can't replicate it. Alternatively, is there a tank or RBA/RTA/RDA I can try for MtL hits that will produce that really dense vapor feel?

Hello ecf, i recently bought a sigelei 150w and an atlantis v2 subtank (amazing btw). I was outside vaping and a very kind gentlemen came up to me and asked me some questions about vaping. He told me he wants to quit cigs. We were both waiting for the bus so i thought yeah i dont mind. He starts asking me pretty common questions; is vaping safe, do i actually save money, etc. He then asked me a question i havent heard before. He asked me if its worse than cigarettes or if i get more nicotine because of the amount of vapor i was blowing out. (.3 at 85watts pretty big clouds) I've never heard this question before and was wondering if anyone has, or if they know the answer. TIA
