If it's illegal to use a legal name, then why are we fighting stuff like vaping in court?
What I just wrote is a legal fact...but don't take my word for it just check it out for yourself...
Home - Lose The Name
If what I just wrote is a fact just as the following: 1+1=2; Then using a legal name is illegal, so your vaping issues are over lol
What do I do? Just go to the website and read...
What if a cop asked me for ID because I am vaping? IT IS ILLEGAL TO USE A LEGAL NAME, therefore if you have no name you are not in their system, therefore vape on lol...
Yeah I know it's awsome right?
Happy vaping!!!
Smok-ey to the rescue
This stuff gets bigger and more advanced as years pass, so in say 20 years, what will the world of vaping look like? Regulations? Illegal? Legal? Banned everywhere? Obsolete?
Im curious to hear what people's opinions are for the future of this hobby.
Please anyone who can, please go to the CDC Twitter and leave a tweet under EVERY vaping lie they are telling! We need to FLOOD them with knowledge! These people know NOTHING!
Funny how these deaths started when big tobacco came out with their products. Lets not forget legal pot states flooding other states with illegal THC vaping pods/tanks! I refuse to let them screw us!
Thank you for your help.
Harry.
In a recent Simpsons episode that aired a few weeks ago 5/3/2015:
Bart tries vaping and buys them from the quickie mart:
Apu: "Remember, this is not kid stuff. Now would you like Bubblegum Flavor, Strawberry Shortcake or Watermelon Dream?"
Maggie also vapes:
Bart: "It's still legal in this state! The bill's stuck in committee!"
"It's an e-cigarette. Care to vape?"
"Now, vape up."
Marge: Bart's smoking! e-Cigarettes!
Homer: (shrugs) Aw, those are totally legal. (gets excited) Tell me, does he like bubble-gum or strawberry!?!
I just found out that I may get sent to Taiwan for training for my job.
I know that vaping is illegal in many countries now. Is it illegal in Taiwan?
Thanks in advance!
Jerry
Hey all. I know this general topic has been discussed before, but I'm really hoping someone can help me find some scientific studies or research on the possibility of a falsely elevated BAC reading on a breathalyzer test after heavy vaping (doesn't really matter if the studies were performed in the United States, U.K. or any other country).
Many of us know with absolute certainty that vaping certain juices can falsely elevate BAC readings. We've purchased our own breathalyzers and tested this at home. Or perhaps we have interlock devices on our vehicles, or we have been ordered by a court of law to submit to regular or random breathalyzer tests using court-issued portable or in-home breathalyzers, etc. And many of us have found that we cannot start our vehicles or have failed the random or scheduled breathalyzer tests after vaping. Those of us who have had one or more of these experiences KNOW that this is a very real (and potentially VERY serious) issue.
What we know holds very little (or zero) weight in a court of law, unless there is some scientific evidence to back up the claim. Due to a legal matter, I am searching desperately for any and all sources of scientific research on this subject.
Your assistance would be incredibly and forever appreciated. Thank you in advance!
Im currently on vacation in a European country where it is illegal to sell ejuice containing nicotine.
I of course have my vape gear and my own ejuice with me, as that is not illegal.
The current anti-vape hysteria and fake news is not just contained to the US, as I have been reading about it and seeing it on the news here also.
With the way its being reported about in the news, youd think there was some huge epidemic happening, and vaping is the worst thing to come along since ebola or aids.
Ive gotten mutiple evil eyes from people here because I continue to vape like I always have, and I also make sure to blow extra super sized clouds whenever I encounter anybody who is giving me a disapproving look or stare, while I am smiling back at them and vaping.
As for the current fake news hysteria and propaganda, it is my understanding that the cases involve a substance that is not allowed to be mentioned on this forum.
I happen to know a lot about that substance and I also know that there is an awful lot of counterfeit and homemade carts which are on the market, and yes, some of them can definitely be dangerous, as all sorts of suspicious and dangerous ingredients can be included. Nobody has any idea what is inside those counterfeit carts
That however has nothing at all to do with vaping, or with people who vape and use regular ejuice.
If somebody drinks gasoline, then yeah, they might feel unwell.
As for me, Ill continue to laugh at fake news and the people who believe in it, and Ill continue to vape just like I always have.
Any thoughts on this study?
Vaping may disrupt immune cells in the lungs, mouse study finds
If I understood correctly, despite mentioning the THC issue, they are also trying to imply that regular, legal vaping may be the culprit for many of the lung illnesses that have came up recently.
Tonight on CSPAN2 The acting FDA commissioner, Dr. Norman Sharpless, testifies on e-cigarettes before a House Energy and Commerce subcommittee.
This is at 9PM EST!
Everyone watch, just to see what kind of lies and bogus claims will be made about something we have all been doing for MANY years (10+ for me so far), without ever a death, until pot became legal, they are vaping THC, and its awful weird this all started happening when big tobacco released its own vaping hardware. Chuck the schmuck Schumer has called for a BAN on vaping nationwide.
Heard yesterday that Indiana has passed a law banning smoking in public parks. That includes vaping under the heading of "all other forms of smoking".
Indiana has some history when it comes to vaping regulation. They passed a very restrictive law concerning juice a few years ago, with bipartisan support. That got nixed for legal reasons but it suggests this latest one is likely to be the first salvo in a new crusade.
Why ? - The many varieties of devices, flavors, and nicotine strengths still available in many places not contaminated by the political whores who apparently hate all tobacco so much that they are willing to jeopardize the lives of many thousands, if not millions, of ex and even current smokers, by killing off the vape industry in favor of their hypocritical agendas of tobacco control.
The fact that vaping tobacco has been proven to be less toxic than lit tobacco products is, to them, all the more reason to restrict and eventually eliminate it. {As has been done in India where all vaping is a crime}
Vaping has been and is still being used by many to wean their way off of nicotine by gradually lowering nicotine concentration - For others who do not want to quit completely vaping offers a much safer alternative to the toxic stew present in lit tobacco, especially cigarettes.
And the fact that vaping for flavor with zero nicotine is available - seems to give them all the more reason to outlaw flavors ?!??!?!
Do they know what they are doing you may ask? - Sure they do, and its all about money. Apparently they make more in tax revenues from old fashioned cigarettes - Still as tax rates go up everywhere on vape products, they may decide there is enough to be made to keep it legal. But don't fool yourself, it has nothing to do with 'saving the children'. In a nation where it may soon become easier, in some places, to buy marijuana than tobacco - I ask who is going to save the children from the political whores who can no longer keep following the mantra that "The road to hell is paved with good intentions"
Who will save the children from them ?
And no I am not against marijuana legalization - but still must point out that tobacco, a mental stimulant, is being downgraded by a drug often used to get 'stoned'
Maybe this is what they want - Not a thinking population of voters - When a stoned population is easier to fool!
