It's my bedtime but I would like to leave a question with you.
Which of these two would you go for? This authentic Lemo or this Orchid clone? They both have good reviews but I would like to pick your brain about it... because I trust you more... so there!
I'm hoping to get some answers to read over my coffee tomorrow morning.
Thanks and goodnight from the sunny island.
Good morning all, I just felt to post.
I am on the island of Kauai, its early. At home I have a cup of coffee and sit on the porch to vape and wake up. Today I am on the back porch overlooking the lush greenery, drinking Kona coffee and vaping Banana Nut Bread.
Life is so much better without cigs.
Have a great day!
Just recently purchased a Orchid V4 and loving it so far.
Though the Orchid uses two coils.
Considering adding a Kayfun to my modest collection.
My understanding that the Kayfun uses a single coil.
That being said, does it still vape as good as a Orchid V4?
Im sure theirs members here who can give first hand info on these two?
May like to share pictures?
And builds, methinks 28g is best.
Though I may try some 24g.
Running 28g ten wraps, .9 ohms.
21watts seem to be my sweet spot.
Just wanted to pick your mind on these.
Jim
I recently bought a Squape R clone from Fasttech, its ok but not what i was expecting, so i'm looking now to kinda move up in the RTA world, I can't afford an original svoemesto, erlkonigen or taifun, but is it worth getting a clone of one of these? my clone experience so far hasn't really been amazing, obviously its hard to differentiate between it being the fact its a clone or that, heaven forfend, i just don't like the squape style.
So heres the rub, do i try another clone of one of these other styles as a cheap way of seeing if i prefer another RTA style, or do i just stick the money into an original like the Lemo 2 ?
I'm not certain of what i really want to be honest whether its dual coil i need for the flavour and clouds i'm not getting from my squape r or if its down to the build deck/airflow/chimney/whatever but the hit from the squape only satisfies if i pre-heat it for a second and only take a quick puff then. otherwise its low flavour dry throat hit.
I just got a stingray. My first mech mod. I just want to know how to tell the difference between an authentic and a clone
I read reviews all the time on atties and tanks where the reviewer starts going on about the intense/superb/awesome flavour.
This was brought home to me by a couple of experiences i had with my home-made ADV. I love it in a Kafun but find it unvapeable in an Orchid.
Njoy AC Hedons Bite - Overwhelming melon flavour in a Kayfun - Predominantly apple flavour in a Subtank mini.
One device may well bring out certain aspects of a flavour that are more appealing and yet make other flavours taste mediocre.
To me it is over simplistic to announce that a particular device is best for flavour. In fact i believe anyone who says that should be forced to never leave a review again. Ever.
I know that wattage plays a part but to me the airflow is the biggest factor in flavour and not coil / chamber size / wick / colour of device.......
Or am i wrong ?
Anybody out there have one of these Zephyrus tanks and care to share their opinion?
I want to upgrade from my subtank and was going to get a lemo 2 but than i saw these. It's still pretty new and there doesn't seem to be much info/reviews about it yet. I really like that you can use factory coil heads or the rba and the price is pretty good (averaging $30).
So I've been vaping now for almost 5 months. I own 4 different regulated mods, many sub ohm tanks and a few rda's. I'm wanting to pick up a mech mod, but not sure which would be better. I'm pretty much looking at either the nemesis clone or the stingray x clone. Any thoughts on which is better, or any other mechs that I may want to look into?
Hello everyone, i have a dark horse rda and its pretty nice but im looking to upgrade. I was thinking about a mutation v4 but ive read and seen its meant more for flavor. I love good flavor but prefer huge clouds and strong throat hit. Doesnt matter if its a clone or authentic. Would prefer if it was kept under 40 shipped, 50 is pushing it. TIA.
The one thing i still have trouble with in my vape shopping is finding nice drip tips. Most unfortunately I live out in the 'burbs where there are no vape shops, let alone one with a large selection of drip tips that I can try on my RBAs live. I haven't found many vendors with what I would call a "great" selection of DTs, vapordna being one of them. I'm willing to pay a little extra to get a quality DT, I find it makes that bit of difference that can take a good set up and make it great. The few times I have ordered DTs from FT I found that I don't really end up using them either because they don't fit quite right, don't feel quite right, or suffer from lower quality in build and/or materials. The best luck I've had has been with vapordna's premium tip section but I know there are tips out there which are just as good at a far cheaper price. So I posit the question ... where do you get your tips?
Specifically I was recently at a B&M a few cities over looking at an HCigar Orchid clone and while I didn't care for the Orchid I loved the DT, I just couldn't justify buying an atty I'll never use just for the DT ... I don't like to collect things like that. It was a fat medium length SS tip with a delrin base/core and 2 O-rings. It fit like a glove in my SQR which I find has the most precise 510 drip bore of any of my toppers, which shouldn't come as any surprise since the SQR is Swiss
Just curious....I love the clone/ authentic threads. People get pretty "passionate" about what other people choose to spend their money on....its kinda crazy.
I was just curious if anyone ever changed their stance on buying or not buying clones after reading one of the thousands of angry debates about clones vs. authentics.
My stance has remained steady since the beginning. I still don't care what you use.
