We've had a bit of a ..um..bush fire
But seriously, this makes me crazy. Where was this guy's personal responsibility for educating himself? This is like a smoker suing a tobacco company for burning himself. I am very familiar with the shop in question and they are very reputable. This just sucks.
Makes me think of a WoW quest.. This just in: Fire still hot! (and about a million other cheap jokes about roasted nuts)
Casper couple sues vapor cigarette dealer
This was on the news this morning. The rechargable lithium-ion battery was loose in his pocket. My guess is that he had keys, change, etc in the pocket as well.
It's a shame that the media will blow this out if proportion and cast a bad light on vaping in general. All because of one individual's stupidity.
Arlington Man Sets Crotch On Fire, Sues Vape Shop Over Exploding E-Cig Battery « CBS Dallas / Fort Worth
Hello everyone I recently purchased an ipv mini v2 and I love it, it is working perfect. I only have one complaint the fire button rattles like crazy and it drives me nuts. To some it's not a big deal but I just don't like it. So do any of you out there know if there is a way for me to fix this? Once again everything else is perfect ohms and all that it's just the fire button. The wattage up and down buttons are supper tight and clicky. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
Hello!
I have a small office in my house in which I enjoy vaping a lot. But I need the vapor to dissipate more quickly than it does! If I open my office door and leave it open for less than a minute, the vapor comes out and sets off our smoke alarm which is attached to a service that dispatches fire response! Thankfully, I've been able to run downstairs to, hit the code and talk to the alarm company to stop the trucks from coming, but as one might imagine, this is not fun. And it's anxiety-provoking for me. Additionally, the vapor filling and remaining in the room is... unattractive for Skype meetings.
I would love a desktop exhaust of some kind that can dissipate the vapor at least a bit if I smoke into it. But here's the thing, it needs to not be a window exhaust. It's too cold in the winter to have that running in the window and in the summer, I have an A/C unit in the window. Smokeless ashtrays are meant to collect smoke off a burning cigarette and by my research do not pull exhaled smoke.
Any thoughts?
I have a smok rpm80 which is a aio pod system and when i am in a quite enviroment and press the fire button to vape, my ecig makes a noticable electrical buzzing noise. Is that normal and/or does anyone else have this problem or know how to fix it?
Franklin County mother sues JUUL, vape shop over twin daughters alleged addiction to vaping
A Franklin County mother is suing e-cigarette manufacturer JUUL Labs, a Hilliard vape shop and its owners – alleging that her twin daughters became addicted to vaping through JUUL’s online marketing campaigns. The lawsuit also alleges that the Hilliard Smoke House allowed the girls to purchase the product with ease – despite being underage.
Nasty development. Vape shops can't afford expensive lawyers.
Hey everyone. I've noticed that just about every day since I've used it. When I hit the button to fire it, it will fire for a couple secons then stop, and then fires back up again. And it's starting to concern me. Does anyone else have this issue? And how would I go about fixing it?
I've got a couple of these little mods and both have the same problem. They continue to fire after the button is released. When it happens the display changes to the power on/off and keeps firing until the unit restarts (presumably after the 15 second cut off?). I can only think that the mod is registering 3 presses when I fire which triggers the screen change, and there is a bug which stops the release of the fire button registering. Anyone experienced this? Any fix? I'm surprised it's happening with two units so it must be happening to someone else!
Hey guys.. i been vaping for a while and not had this hapen before.. i am using a Hugo Vapor Rader and ot has been working with no problems until today... when i go to use it, when i try to fire, it says high atomizer the first time i push fire button followed by low battery (have tried multiple sets) when i press again. If i persevere and keep attempting to fire it works fine as if there were no problem until the next time i go to use the device when the process repeats.. i have taken the tank apart and cleaned and put back but the issue continues.. anyone have any ideas on what is wrong/what i should do?
Well this sucks, I have an iStick 30w and toptank mini, I ran out of pre made coils so I thought i would try the RBA of the toptank. At first it read out as “protection” upon trying to fire it (I think the ohms were too low on the pre made coils included with the RBA at .1), then it said low battery (it was almost fully charged) so i plugged it in and tried to fire it once more and the thing started smoking (no protection message this time, just a little puff of smoke within the LED window). I only fired the button for a split second and it still seems to be functioning. Not sure what I should do lol or just ditch out on it? It appears to be working yet but stinks like an electrical fire now. I’m kinda reluctant to use it (I still have an old coil but it was starting to taste funky). Any advice or idea what might’ve happened?
Having your fire alarm go off in the middle of the night and having the alarm company call to ensure there is no fire. Then having to explain to the guy what vaping is.
I hate that the smoke alarm is so close to my vaping room.
