How Do You Handle Vaping With Drinking?

this is my weakest spot. If i drink a little bit i just want to smoke real cigarettes. It's like vapoting is not enough?

Favoriate Thing To Drink While Vaping?

I found that drinking Brisk ice tea helps with flavor fatigue and it just taste so good! its my go to vape drink!!! (water just swishes the flavor around in my mouth and does not help) no worries though I still drink plenty of water. So what are some of your guy's n' gal's favorite thing to drink while vaping? Fda Looking To Ban Menthol Cigarettes.

Before I started vaping 6 years ago. I smoked menthol cigarettes. With the vape mail ban, even after stocking up, I was considering going back to smoking what I used to after my supply runs out. Now even that is in jeopardy. Why not make ALL tobacco illegal? Better yet, ban anything that could potentially kill us? What is happening to our freedom of choice? I don't smoke weed, but if others want to then fine, that's their choice. I dont drink alcohol very often. If others want to have a drink when they want to, then fine, that's their choice. Sorry, just venting.

There Is A Way To Reducing Morning Hang Overs.

For those of you that like to drink and vape at the same time, there is a simple way to eliminate morning hang overs by ten fold. I have done a lot of experimenting over 6 month, and the best way to avoid the worst hang over or simply not have a hang over. Is by vaping juice with 0mg Nic while you are drinking.

The next day you will wake up far more refreshed, and you will feel as if you only had 3 beers instead of 10 beers.

There is something about Nic intake from vaping, that makes the morning hang overs far worse after drinking. My guess, is that we intake more Nic during drinking, thus our bodies are toxic in the morning from large intake from Nic.

Cheers To Ecf

I would like to thank ECF, and every member here, for helping me to quit cigarettes as an involuntary lifestyle. The information gathered here has been invaluable. In no other group that I've been involved with, have I seen such a gathering of the most informed and intelligent people. Without all of you, my success would have never seen the light of day. I'd been absent for a long time, because I didn't feel the need once I had an expert handle on all of this, but the new developments have brought me back. Vaping has come a long way since I began here, and traded my cigalike in for an eGo, and ECF provided me with the arsenal to make informed choices on what works for me. Than you again.

For those who haven't read any of my posts, I have been free from cigarettes for 10 years, thanks to vaping. I wouldn't say that I'm smoke free, but it's now my choice, on the very rare occasion, to smoke a cigarette. I know some will say it's always been my choice, but for the enlightened, it hasn't been my choice since shortly after I started 37 years ago. There have been pitfalls, and strides, and today I can honestly say that if I can't vape, I will never pick up a pack of cigarettes again.

Getting Back Into Vaping

I bought a juul but going to buy the refillable pods for it and buy nic salt juice.

My last smoke was at 11am today EST. How long is the withdrawl from normal cigarettes last don't really want to smoke anymore cant handle it. Plus tried every other method to quit.

Any suggestions? I have nic hit spray 1mg. I can spray for major cravings if I can do that too. But could I use that?

Ive been avoiding coffee and pop so I don't get major cravings also.

Social Acceptance Of Vaping

I am used to dealing with social rejection of smoking, having smoked for a long time. I changed to vaping in the last six months. Drinking at a friend's place a couple of weeks ago, it was the first time he had seen me do it rather than cigarettes. He smokes and gave me an increasing load of ribbing about vaping as the night and alcohol went on. The thoughts of others don't bother me, but the need to rebuff his taunts throughout the night did start to wear thin.
Watching Mare Of Eastown over the last few weeks, vaping was what Kate Winslet was referring to when she said she was going to have a smoke. I wouldn't want this taken as an endorsement of vaping, but hopefully visibility such as this will ultimately remove the need to respond to both smokers and non-smokers.

I Am Soooo Excited....that I Just Can't Hide It...

I am enjoying vaping soooooooooooooooo much..

I know most of people here are veterans and won't be Soo excited ofc anymore

But man....my first attempt on vaping was in 2014 and for many reasons didn't go well and I was back to cigs...ew

Anyways... now it's being 4.5 months vaping
I started with a drop in coils atomizer and now I use rebuildable also and make my my own e juice ofc and blah blah.blah....

Vaping is soooooo good.....never going back to cigs eeeeeever....actually cigs seem sooo bad now and I hat a hit to remind me what a nasty thing I was smoking all those years....ew

The benefits of vaping are more that u think and u only realise when u start it...

Besides health benefits...that ok some may say vaping is now sooo risk free but I don't care even if was same bad as cigs...even tho I am sure it's not

My sense of taste and smell is much better now....

I can adjust my nicontine levels and lower it and now I have less cravings...(I was crazy smoker)

My hands or facial hair don't smell and they don't get a yellow colour from cig smoke that I had to pull off my skin to remove ...(I was always with a cig on my hand)

Clothes don't smell and I don't feel bad to hug my niece now

My car don't smell cigs....my kitchen don't smell cigs...(I used to smoke to kitchen)

My mouth hygiene and gums is better now confirmed by dentist also...already only 4.5months vaping!!!

I sleep better and wake up better no cough or hard breathing...

In my case I used to skip brushing my teeth sometimes cause in my opinion it would ruin my smoking experience but with vaping I tend to want to brush my teeth after every meal if I can cause I enjoy vaping taste more

I still drink coffee but water is a great match with vaping for me cause it reset the flavour in mouth so I drink less coffees and beverages...
with cigs I was always drinking loooot of coffee or some kind of beverage usually unhealthy cause it used to match with horrible taste of burned paper and tobacco lol

If I needed my nicotine I used to roll a cig and then I was smoking it all ofc...even tho I wanted just a few puffs...with vaping I can take my puff aaaanytime I want as much as I want...

The cost is less even tho some may spend a looooooooooot money hhahaha but if u are a casual vaper is cheaper ....but even if was the same or more still worth it....

P.s I know I don't say anything people here don't already know but just happy excited about vaping and sharing it

Coming Up On My One Year Anniversary Of Vaping

I started vaping before i turned 18, but i am going to use my birthday as my anniversary. In April i will be a one year old again. I still smoke the occasional cigarette, but that is only when i drink, so not too often.

My Parents Don't Like Me Vaping

So I'm a 19 year old guy, started smoking when I was 14 and finally quit cigarettes 3 months ago. My parents like that I quit smoking but they think vaping some sort of gateway drug that will make me want to, and I quote, "smoke {OTHER STUFF}". What I don't understand is that both of my parents both smoke a pack a day. I even tried to convince them to switch to vaping but they said they don't want to smoke that "{OTHER STUFF} device". Even when I vape in my room, they come in and get pissed off because they're tired of smelling my "fruity {MODERATED}". How can I convince them to get a better understanding of vaping and potentially start them on it too?

How Can I Know If This Itaste 134 Is Authentic?

My local B&M has an iTaste 134 in their display case, but this place is owned by the same people that own the "smoke" shop next door. Back when I used to partake in that other stuff, I was ripped off when they sold me FAKE hardware. It was labeled and branded as the real thing, but after some internet research, I found out it was very blatantly fake.

I'm a bit worried that their Innokin product may suffer from the same thing, since this shop is owned by the same people. Is there anything I could look for while examining it to know for sure if it's authentic? Are the clones actually branded with the iTaste logo? Or if it says, "iTaste" is it real?

Is it even worth taking a chance, since I know the owners have faked me out in the past? (I just don't know if the vaping industry might handle fakes differently with all these clones I keep hearing about.)
