I'm trying to look for a couple cheap drip tips for my subtanks. It's tough ordering these online without being able to see them and fit them on your tank. Most I see the part that connects into the tank doesn't look as long as the one for the subtank, so I'm afraid it will be a little loose and wobble. I'm looking for something around the same size maybe a little bigger.
really random and specific question here. i recently got a kanger subtank mini. love it. around various vape shops and what not i see a lot of people with the subtonic mini but with a 3rd party drip tip. most of the times the tips are really short. idk why i just think it looks really cool but i don't know where to look for such drip tips. anyone have any pics or recommendations they could share?
I am a confirmed tootle puffer although a chain vaper. My coils are generally 1.8 to 2 ohm and I rarely go beyond 11watts. Even when on a whim I wrap a slightly lower ohm coil I still never go beyond 13 watts. Still I find my drip tips get too hot and burn my lips especially when I use the kraken. I have sores in a couple of places. Is there a way round that. The other day I bought a couple of long ceramic drip tips, the ones normally used for e-pipes but I find they get filled with too much condensation.
What do you guys do? Do you have this problem?
I was going through my stash. I clean it out regularly and give away stuff that I no longer use. I have a Wake Mod RTA that takes both coils and you can build on it. I actually like the tank and it has a proprietary drip tip that I, of course, lost. It would be a tank that I'd hang on to just to future proof me if I had the drip tip.
It has been on my mind to try to find a replacement drip tip and so far no luck.
The other day I found one so I ordered two of them. I get an email letting me know that I have to verify my age by taking of a photo of me holding my ID. Are you friggin kidding me?
Immediately I got very irritated - certain things just set me off --lol. I replied to the email with a cancel my order and refund me and cancel my account as well. I also let them know that I have been purchasing vape products online for years and have no issue going through an online process but I am not taking a photo of my ID with me holding it and sending it to you.
Received an email just now with a tracking number --- I guess the drip tips were mailed --lol.
I feel like our drip tips get a little neglected around here, while the mods and atties hog all the attention. But what part of your vape could be more personal than your mouthpiece?
I have a small collection of Vape Stash tips, all with their own purpose (and more to come). I love them. I care for them as well as I do my other components. Furthermore, they tell us a little about each of our personalities!
So whip 'em out! Let's see your straws of glory!
I like red.
[EDIT] A search pulled no similar thread, which is shocking enough to me to suspect this is a dupe. If that's the case, please let me know and I'll close and repost appropriately.
I bought the MVP 2.0 Starter kit from Mt. Baker. I like the tank it comes with, but I feel like using a drip fits me better. I started with a eGo like everyone else and recently moved to this Box mod when I saw it for so cheap on baker.
I want a drip setup because I don't vape all the time, but when I do, I like to control how much I vape so I don't binge on juice.
Any setups for "Drip"
Prefer to keep it nice and cheap, as a college student, money is a big problem.
I searched long and hard for my perfect vape...and I sort of found it. I have a REO with an RM2, a dual 18650 mech, and now a SMPL mod. I also have a derringer, MXv3, hobo, and magma. I've been using the REO and drippers almost exclusively with the exception of my "morning vape" in an EVOD/eGo combo. I tried using my subtanks on my VF clone the other day and just can't seem to dial them in to taste good anymore. I either fry a coil or the juice that use to taste good in them doesn't anymore (or I can't find the sweet spot). I'm using the 0.5ohm coils in the subtanks. I run anywhere between 0.5 and 1.2 ohms in my drippers with 26g or 28g.
Did anyone else run into this problem or is it just me?

The one thing i still have trouble with in my vape shopping is finding nice drip tips. Most unfortunately I live out in the 'burbs where there are no vape shops, let alone one with a large selection of drip tips that I can try on my RBAs live. I haven't found many vendors with what I would call a "great" selection of DTs, vapordna being one of them. I'm willing to pay a little extra to get a quality DT, I find it makes that bit of difference that can take a good set up and make it great. The few times I have ordered DTs from FT I found that I don't really end up using them either because they don't fit quite right, don't feel quite right, or suffer from lower quality in build and/or materials. The best luck I've had has been with vapordna's premium tip section but I know there are tips out there which are just as good at a far cheaper price. So I posit the question ... where do you get your tips?
Specifically I was recently at a B&M a few cities over looking at an HCigar Orchid clone and while I didn't care for the Orchid I loved the DT, I just couldn't justify buying an atty I'll never use just for the DT ... I don't like to collect things like that. It was a fat medium length SS tip with a delrin base/core and 2 O-rings. It fit like a glove in my SQR which I find has the most precise 510 drip bore of any of my toppers, which shouldn't come as any surprise since the SQR is Swiss
Just as the title says..just bought a kayfun lite +/ Russian 91% clone, and the drip tip gets hot after a few hits..using mvp 2.0 that only goes to 11 w ( which is where I usually vape) with 1.7 coil/cotton wick..should I just look into another drip tip made of a different material? This is my first rta..my protank 2 tip never got hot even when chain vaping..the tank would warm up pretty good, but never the drip tip.
I love the colorful resin drip tips. It seems like they keep getting wider and wider.
I am looking for colorful, nice drip 510 tips that are a bit narrower (not super skinny just not hugely wide).
Any recommendations or links?
Thanks
For some very odd reason I seem to have lost the gasket on my Nautilus Mini drip tip. Naturally this makes the tip loose and practically useless. I do have another Aspire K1 and the tips do match but it's a hassle having to change the tip every time I want to change clearo. Looking around online I don't seem to see any Aspire tips being sold as spares. What can I do? Will any tip fit an Nautilus?
