I'm thinking about pre ordering the evic vt by joyetech has any one used it yet and if so is it worth it.
Hello, I've been using the Aerotank giant with an eVic Joyetech 1st gen battery since 5 months ago and the glass of my tank broke a few weeks ago so, I'm looking for a new tank upgrade, I've seen good reviews about the KangerTech Sub Ohm but I havn't had the time to see reviews about other thanks and this one looks pretty cool, what other tanks are out there to compete with this one? Should I get this one? I'm ordering in the next 3 hours or so, so, any advice is welcomed!
Thanks in advance vapers!

Anyone get one of these yet? Any thoughts? Favorite color?
I think both of these kits are gorgeous and the price is pretty close. I was curious which is the better setup/value? I think my next purchase will be one of these kits and I am hoping you guys can help me choose. I know the Sub-Tank mini has the RBA and I think the e-Vic has temp. control but I was more thinking overall impressions or durability and quality. Thanks.
So I was originaly going to buy an istick 50w with a kanger subtank buy I bought the Evic VT in racing yellow. It's on it's way in the mail. Was this a bad idea? Also should I just stick with the tank it comes with or should I buy a kanger subtank. My goal is big clouds and nice flavor!
So I'm a toodle puffer. My normal set-up is a Joyetech Evic Easy and a Kayfun lite with unflavored liquid. The Evic Easy has a regulated 3.3 volt mode and an unregulated mode. I run the Kayfun (original V1) at 1.5 ohms, so I'm vaping at a whopping 7 watts.
Just on a whim, since I was ordering some supplies and stuff, I decided to try one of those new-fangled subtank minis...hey, it was on sale. This is my result after 2 days.
First, the .5 ohm was out of the question, so I primed and put in the 1.2 ohm OCC coil. Well, this was just not a good fit for me. The problem is, I think, the wire guage. I bet the coil is made from 24-26 guage wire. My 3.3 volts took forever to heat that wire. I had to hold the button down for 3-5 seconds to get any sizzle at all, and just couldn't get much vapor.
So, the next step is to try the rba base. This is very kayfun-like, and I built it the same way. Inspecting it, I found a burr on one of the juice channels, but filed that off with a needle file. I built a 1.8 ohm 30ga 2mm coil that turned out to be 2.0 ohm...oh, well close enough. Wicked it with my typical cotton ball and laid the tails across the deck.
I looked at the mouthpiece. Are you kidding me, looks like a tailpipe. Swapped to a favorite drip tip, turned the airflow to the lowest setting, and started vaping.
I've gone thru 2 tanks, and it's working great. Maybe better than my kayfuns. I'm going to try rebuilding the OCC coils for backups, and will likely get a couple more rba bases. The beauty may be how easy it will be to swap out the coil.
Soon I will have a new personal vaporizer setup for the first time in about 2 years. The 510 threading of my original eVic has worn out and at the moment just barely holds a topper. She has 208,000+ puffs on her counter and she will be missed. On the bright side, I'm now going to upgrade to an eVic Supreme.
I'm also about to try building my first coil. I was given a Steam Turbine Tank clone and I'm waiting on my wick and wire to arrive in the mail.
Anyway, I was curious if anyone else has experience with this combination and what they think about it? Tips for my first build are also welcome. Here's what I'm using.
7x7 SS rope
2mm Ekowool hollow core
29g Kanthal

So I've been off on and on and off again with the e-cig in an effort to cut down on the smoking. I average about half a pack a day, sometimes more, sometimes less.
Up until last Saturday, I was using an eVic with an Aerotank 2 and while it seemed to quash my urge for a cigarette most of the time, the times the eVic seemed to not want to work right really pissed me off.
Then out comes the cigarettes.
Well, I decided that I wanted something better and I needed something better.
Local deal for the following:
A Sigelei 100w Plus in mint shape, a Kanger Subtank mini, a Nano, batteries and charger. All for 100!
Stopped and got some juice for it, (strawberry banana milkshake at 9mg).
Running the box at 26.6w on a 1.2 coil.
WOW FREAKIN WOW ..... I can definitely see the satisfaction!
Never thought I'd care about the bigger clouds, but DAMN, it's psychologically pleasing.
I think it will be easier to kill the cig use.
Hi everybody, I have lost track of new vaping gear and need an advice.
Finally one of my mods died. The newest one, Joyetech eVic Primo. Bad from the beginning (because of its faulty protection) it just stopped working. Another mod should die soon. It is a clone of iStick 30, 4+ years old. It's my best mode, but its battery already is at about of half capacity (after about 1500 charges).
So, now I use iStick 30, iStick Pico 25 and iStick Pico. Tanks (from best to worst) Kayfun 5, Siren 2, Ammit, OBS Engine NANO.
I need a new mod and, possibly, a new tank.

Hello. I'm currently using an Eleaf iTwist Mega with a Tabac BCC clearomizer and using Kanger T3 2.2 or 2.5 ohms resistances. I used an Evic mod before but it broke.
Basically a lot of times I use this setup I get the gurgling sounds and also the airflow holes must be cleaned often.
I'm thinking of upgrading and here's some of my vaping preferences: main thing - strong TH. I prefer the mouth-to-lung vaping technique. The more vapor the better. Also, prefer using tanks that are not using dripping technique (so I must change the liquid very fast).
I went to a store and the guy there really recommended the Eleaf 50W mod, however, from what I've read from some posts, not a lot of people vape at that high of a power anyways, so there could be the Eleaf 30W or 20W options then(?) - basically if the mod can last a full day I'm good with that.
As for the clearomizer/atomizer I'm not sure which to choose. I see the eLeaf Mega being recommended, the Nautilus as well - but which one can support the best resistances?
Also, not sure about the value of resistances I should use after the upgrade: can the non-drip tanks handle sub-ohm? Is it worth it if they do? Thanks.
