i have a Smowell dvp-50'and it seems to me the battery is not making a connection. If I hold the battery part down very hard it will come on but soon as I stop pushing down it will go back off. Anybody can help me?
I got some coupons in the mail today for a vuse and a cartridge pack for free so I figured I'd try it for fun. It was the worst experience ever.
The quality feels horrible. The connection between the cart and the battery is a flimsy feeling plastic connection. I'm not sure how it's supposed to work. Do you push? Do you twist? Kinda hard to tell, sometimes it didn't make a connection. Same problem with the charger provided. The charger actually split at the seam when I tried to fit the battery in it.
Luckily, I didn't have to charge it. Not cause the battery was dead though. The taste was absolutely horrible. I had 4 people try it, and 3 out of 4 gagged. It's not just the taste, it's the 4.8% nic that really hits you.
The commercials make this thing seem like a solution to the problem caused by the people who make it, but I think it's true intent is to scare people away from ecigs in general. If that was my first, it may have been my last. The markten at least looks good.
I ordered two of these batteries from FastTech. The cheap price and high capacity (without having a mod or some awkward huge battery) attracted me to them. Some two weeks later they show up...
I have two Puff King chargers that came with starter kits we bought at a B&M store. We've been using them with Tripl3 eGo batteries, one Puff King battery (and another Puff King battery, which was taken back and exchanged for another eGo-T battery, which broke), and so far no problems screwing any batteries in. These two from FT show up however and neither will screw into one Puff King charger, but they both did into the other (same charger, down to the model number and everything). Now, one battery from FT still screws in, but the other doesn't.
I took the non screwing in battery to a local B&M store and the guy there was able to screw it into one of their chargers. He handed it to me, and I unscrewed it, screwed it back in, unscrewed it again, and then neither of us could screw it in again. Now I have one battery from FT that will screw into one of my chargers, but not the other. The other battery will charge, but it has to just like sit in the charger and hope the connection stays okay for it to charge. I still have no problems screwing any of my other batteries into either charger, just these ones from FT. Also, it's worth mentioning that the FT batteries never seemed to screw in right... it always felt weird and finicky getting it to go in.
What's up with these batteries? They claim to be eGo/510 threaded, just like my other batteries. They look just like my other batteries too, except they won't screw in right...
Is there a logical reason why a mod would just randomly shut off very frequently when using one brand of battery and do it much less often with another? And this isn't a situation where I'm only referring to a single battery this is any battery of one type doesn't work well and any battery of the other type that I've tried does. * this is a long post if you don't want to read the whole thing you could just answer that question and that would provide me with a lot of information
My snowwolf mini mod which is the sigelei product not the original snowwolf is having a fairly common issue where occasionally the whole device just turns off. Then you have to loosen the battery cap pull the battery out so it's not making a connection and then put the battery back in and it turns back on. I've seen this reported multiple times. Now when I was using Samsung batteries it was really bad like I would get maybe two Puffs before it would shut off. But with LG batteries it seems like I can use the product almost like normal. Like I can get a good half day usage out of it before it has a problem and then I take the battery out put it back in and I get another few hours.
I know that there is a slight variance in size between these batteries or at least it seems like there is because my drip box gets the Samsungs stuck in it but not the LG which I solve by taking the stupid sticker off of them not the wrap the sticker.
Now I've only had this for 31 days so while it is past the stores warranty it's not past sigelei or snowwolf. I'm debating on whether or not I even want to worry about this warranty situation because if it continues working the way it is as long as I use LG batteries I would rather not take the chance of getting a much worse product. I feel like it's going to be hard to get them to warranty it and at the very least I have a month or two to figure this out.
My question is why would it do this why would it work so much better with one kind of battery and be nearly unusable with the other and also like why would it do this in the first place at all why would it just randomly shut off the batteries are good it's definitely the mod my first thought would be that there's a short but why would one battery cause a short and not the other or at least not as frequently?
I've had such bad luck with sigelei products that I honestly believe if I try to warranty this they're just going to send me a broken device LOL how does that work if they send me a broken device can I warranty that product? Do I get another 90 days? Or do I get the rest of my warranty period carried over from the first device? Or is it a situation where you only get one warranty and then if a device breaks again you're out of luck
I am regretting just buying the Ego One battery and not the whole kit because it is not making a good connection with the sub-tank nano. When the tank is screwed all the way down on it won't fire. I have the loosen it a little to find the sweet spot for it to fire. I have tried pushing the pin further out of the bottom of the tank and I used a deoxit gold and neither have helped. Any suggestions. Thanks.
So I'm trying to get my mom into vaping in order to help her cut back on her smoking, since my fiance hates having her smelling like smoke when she comes to visit our baby girl, as the smell transfers to our daughter after my mom holds her. So, I've had her try my gear: my XPro M80 Plus, my Vision Spinner II, and my Ego batteries, explained some of the differences to her like battery life, power regulation, safety, etc. Anyway, I went ahead and ordered her a Smowell DVP 50 to try out, and I'm going to be getting her a Nautilus, either the full-size or the mini, depending on which one she prefers. My question is, what kind of battery should I get for her to put in it? I know she's not going to be sub-ohming anytime soon, so I was thinking something with a high mAh rating would be good, like a Panasonic NCR18650PF, Samsung 25R, or LG HE2/4. Would one of those be acceptable?
i want to buy a new battery but i'm living in korea.
so i decided don't purchase blu battery because it process is rather complicate ,
even i don't want to suffer it again.
anyway fortunately, i found few 510 mini battery on korea ecig webshop.
here is my question
if i buy a new battery then it could be charged in the pack?(charge seat for blu battery)
SO every video Ive seen of someone causing a battery to vent it took a few minutes of the battery sizzling and popping and heating up, smoking, etc. So why do people talk about a battery venting like its an imminent threat? As if say you built a 0.1 ohm coil and didnt know it, fired it and it would blow up in your face? I've never seen it happen or heard of that. Not saying it cant, I'm just wondering where the idea that a battery can just instantly combust without notice is coming from.
Hey guys,
I finally updated my charger a few days ago (I think before I had the VP2) or something like that. Quick question on something I'm noticing that seems a bit odd to me.
When I charge (for example 18650's), a battery that's fully charged in channel 1...it flashes FULL/0.00 mA, I remove the battery. A few minutes later, I'll put the battery back in the same bay, and all of a sudden there are a few hundred mA's that show up on the screen that need to be charged back into the battery and it takes a few minutes for channel 1 to recognize the battery is fully charged and flash FULL/0.00mA again (although it does show above that's fully charged at 4.2v).
If I take that same battery and do the same test but this time in channel 2, within a few seconds it recognizes that the battery is fully charged and flashes FULL/0.00mA. So it seems channel 1 is not working as well as channel 2 is, when it comes to recognizing information from the battery.
Is this normal for this charger or do I have a defective charger?
Hey there! I'm hoping someone with a voopoo drag mini could chime in and help me out if possible.
When I'm using the mod and the battery is about to go down a bar in battery on the screen, it will go down 1 bar then bounce back to full. Then I take a puff again and it will go down a bar and a few seconds later go back to full. It does this maybe 10 to 15 times or so before it actually drops down and settles to the next bar of battery. Is this normal?
I know when I use my mobile phone if the battery percentage drops down a bar or say goes from 80% to 79% it won't bounce back up it will just stay at 79 and eventually go to 78.
Thanks in advance!
Hi,
I bought a new vape cartridge but it won’t work with the battery I have. The battery is charged and just flashes blue when it’s screwed in and pressed.
Do I need to buy a new battery?
Any info would be awesome. You can see the battery and cartridge in the photos.
